The family rooms are out dated and need a refurbish , bathrooms are mouldy, also the beds were hard and not comfortable in the rooms we stayed in, we had 8 adults and 4 kids and paid a lot of money for the rooms , but were disappointed to be honest

The pool was great

The room was a shoebox. They crammed 3 beds in to a tiny space. We could not spend any time in the room as it was so cramped. The third bed was a tiny kids bed that they expected an adult to sleep in. The breakfast had very few vegan options. So we couldn’t really eat breakfast there.

Breakfast was good, Spa services were very nice, Loved the pool area and the beach access. It was fun staying at the resoort as it is easily accessible. very central

The bathroom was way below my expectation. There was no shower room, only tub with shower, which makes the bathroom very wet everytime someone uses it. The tub was cumbersome as u have to climb in and out, increasing your chances of tripping over. I wouldnt be able to get my parents to use it! And the tiles in the bathroom were quiet dirty. Not well cleaned

Bath didn’t drain when you were having a shower, wish the family rooms were closer to the pool.

facility were great restaurants and food were also great . club rooms had extra privilege (drinks ,.) pool was great slides for kids .

bathrooms need a better clean had some bad smell in our room from the drains . kids room didn’t smell . kids club is small

Old room, poor quality air conditioner in kids room. overdue for an upgrade. Breakfast was not great as far as set out and with access to the highly rated Azul breakfast was average. sub Standard.

it’s stunning, location is amazing and the staff were so nice.

kids club was $25 per day. they tried to charge $600 AUD for a dr. so I suggest if you’re sick do not call reception.
