Fanatic home! Lots of space inside and out! Easy walk to the beach!!!

Our family of 17 had a wonderful week in Villa Segunda - there were plenty of beds for everyone and we really appreciated having 5 bathrooms. The den off the kitchen was perfect for those who needed to work during the week. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well as having a pool - no need to bring floats, beach toys, etc. as there were plenty in the garage. We thought the kitchen was very well stocked although we could have used a couple more casserole type dishes and some plastic storage containers. We had to call maintenance and they responded immediately and had the issue resolved within the hour. The two bedrooms in the addition could benefit from fans. We would definitely return!

Our family of 20 spent a week at this house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is wonderful with easy beach access. The pool was also very popular. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing missing was an ice maker. It wasn't an issue, just needed to stock up on ice regularly.

Great access to the beach. House was comfortable for all 20 of us. Maintenance came right away to solve a toilet issue. Area of improvement: more bath towels for 20 people. Add a colander to the kitchen. doesn't everyone cook pasta at the beach?

This was a fantastic property! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils and several great gathering spaces inside and outside of the house. Location was amazing as it was just across the street from beautiful white sand beaches!

If you are looking for a place SUPER close to the beach… THIS. IS. IT!!!!!! Had a great stay and plenty of room for a family of 10 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a large family, which is rare! Whoever wants to wake up with the sun needs to sleep in the master! Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

This property was true to its advertisement. It fit our family perfectly and no one felt overcrowded. The location was amazing with its close beach access. There was not a bad view in any room from this property.

We stayed here with family. 10 adults and 3 babies. The house is large with enough room for all comfortably. Right across from the beach was ideal with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed. Linens were plentiful and great quality. The outside of the house does not compare to the inside. First item that needs addressed is the outside shower. There is no drain or working hose to spray off the green slime that forms on the concrete creating a slipping hazard which happened several times during our stay. More pool chairs are needed. Only 4 for a house that sleeps many more. The gates and door locks need tightened or repaired. The yard it still full of construction debris from the hurricane including a large window frame sticking out of the sand. Sand needs shovels from the driveway and walkways. We had a great time but the house needs some extra care outside to match the comfort of the inside.

House looked beautiful online but run down in person. Scuffs everywhere, spackled holes that weren't painted, dirty windows and glass in French doors, broken fence doors etc. Most disappointing of all, pool was dirty, cloudy (film at bottom) because water level was so low that it wasn't even being filtered. Pool guy came 2nd day, threw chemicals in and it still never cleared up. Dishwasher was broken, repairman came 2nd day and worked on it, said it was fixed and left. Ran it and dishes were all still dirty, so dishwasher stayed broken the whole visit. For this price point, more of an effort should be made BEFORE renters arrive. Too many issues like this seems like its run by a cheap agency that cuts corners. Read the Google reviews for Gulf Coast Getaways.

The booking was easy!! The place had a lot of space, if we needed something, which wasn’t much but they responded quickly. Such a quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend it for a large group.

Location of home is perfect. You can easily walk back-and-forth from the beach. Home is large enough to easily accommodate a family and very quiet neighborhood. Interior design of home is lovely. However, the home is in need of a wall-to-wall cleaning as well as an update to two bathrooms, some appliances and a re-organization of the kitchen. We had daily maintenance issues and were challenged to actually cook in the kitchen because it was missing Items and dishes/pots were dirty. The pool could benefit from a heater as the water is still too cold this time of year to use. Management company was responsive and very easy to work with but the vacation was not relaxing because we had daily home/maintenance issues. The home is in need of an interior paint job, including trim and doors as well as exterior cleanup. A little bit of sprucing up would go a really long way with this beautiful beach front property. There was also a lot of roofing construction in the neighborhood that started at 8 AM. The bridge from Pensacola Beach airport is out of commission which turned a 20 minute drive into over an hour.

Thus was out second stay at this property. As stated after the first one this location is perfect, steps away from the ocean and wonderful views from the decks. As it was winter we did not ise the pool but it was clean and inviting, all needed appliances and utensils are supplied to make you feel like you are home. We enjoyed our time there as we did the first time, the only two negatives were on the first day the wifi was down but was restored momentarily after reporting it and it was the service provider not the home at fault, the second was there was pet poop and rib bones on the deck and in the yard as well as some spent fireworks leftovers which would indicate these were not cleaned. This we cleared ourselves. Overall it was a great stay and experience, one observation returning just over a year later was that there is visible decline in the property on the exterior especially, and being such a great location and property that was sad to see.

The location is great. Right across from the beach walkway. Terrific amount of space for a big group or family.

Outdoor facilities sub par and need updating and maintenance. Photos online misleading. Inside and beach access were what was expected.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is located very close to the beach, right across from the beach access point. The pool was a blessing.

This property and its location truly lets you feel like you are living a millionaires lifestyle, the views are fantastic, the interior of the property is high quality and expense was not spared, tv's in every room with manny channels, wifi was fast and reliable the whole week, AC worked perfectly and because it is zoned it was perfect to adjust according to preference for different family members. The ocean is literally right there so its no effort at all to just pop down to the beach for a walk or for the day and have no effort to move all the kids accessories along with you. The beds were super comfortable which is a pet peeve of mine in particular but it felt like home every night. Although we did not use the pool because the water was a little cold this time of year, it was sparkling and inviting to see it every time I looked at it. There were an abundance of clean towels in every bathroom. My only negatives are that the back yard fence was not properly enclosed so the dogs and kids could get out under the fence without effort and there were many thorns in the back yard which got the kids and dogs daily.

We loved this house! The pool was a lifesaver on hot days - especially with the kids. It's basically like being on the beach, even though you're technically across the street. There are a ton of beds - though some of the bunk beds are so high they are unreasonable. The property manager was very helpful and got us a few things that we requested at the start of our stay. One annoying thing - though they were explicit about it - is that the kitchen has NOTHING in it - not even salt and pepper. Kind of a shame considering that you know this stuff goes to waste every time the renters leave :( That being said, all linens and towels were provided and were nice.

Hurricane Gordon on Wednesday We arrived on Thursday! Patio Furniture scattered but the house was secure and no damage! The pool was cleaned the day we arrived and it was beautiful for use on Friday! Walking Distance to the Ocean where we spent the day on Saturday and went home on Sunday! GREAT HOUSE!!! Would definitely consider staying at this house again.

Loved sitting on the front porch and seeing and hearing the Ocean. We rented 1 car for the transportation of the children, otherwise we used uber for transportation to the airport. On the down side. We had 10 adults and 5 children staying in this house and were given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Not realistic. Had 2 brooms, but no dust pan. Lots of sand to sweep up daily. We were allowed to check out at a later time, which was very helpful with the children. We truly appreciated that. All in all I think we would return to Pensacola for a vacation. Thank you, Jean

Beautiful house!! I would definitely stay here again. The proximity to the beach is close and convenient. The house owners were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. 5 stars!
