This house was so beautiful! Matt and Jenny thought of everything in regards to what folks need and what they will enjoy while staying at Ebb Tide. It was clean too, which me and my party appreciated. There was 6 of us on a girl trip and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed so much the deck overlooking the sand and ocean. Everything was easy, from the booking process to check-in and check out. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Matt and Jenny for the hospitality (the bottle of wine left for us was a nice touch).

We've vacationed on Amelia Island for many years and this is one of the best homes we've ever rented. Truly thoughtful renovation. The most beautiful deck and view of the beach - exactly as pictured. It was a wonderful gathering spot for us and our grown sons who came from all over the country. We all agreed that this will be our go-to home for (hopefully) years to come.

Our family and friends had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Ebb Tide Cottage. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned near the heart of the beach life. I could sit in the kitchen and watch the children in our group on the beach and in the water. We got beautiful pictures and enjoyed grilling on the deck and in the evening, hanging out in the hot tub. We will be back and recommended this house to our friends already. 2 thumbs up.

Ebb Tide was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Amelia Island from. The back deck was our favorite and where we ate all of our meals. The beach is just out the back door and stunning. Communication was always timely and courteous. Everything you need is close by and convenient. I really have nothing bad to say about this spot and we rent homes 2-3 times a year. This was definitely one of our all time favorites. A+

Beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated, incredible ocean front view, comfy beds, sparkling clean, easy parking, located close to restaurants and shopping, and it came stocked with everything we needed. The clear jars with ocean colored hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in every restroom, beautiful countertops and tile through out. Ocean views from everywhere and a coffee bar that doesn't disappoint. Easy access to everything on the Island. We are looking forward to booking with you again.

We had a terrific long weekend on Amelia Island. Although we didn't have perfect weather, it was an absolute pleasure to relax at the Ebb Tide cottage. The outdoor space is just as jaw-dropping as the pictures look, the covered hot tub was lovely and the inside gorgeous, spacious, and with all the comforts of home. The only thing we found ourselves wishing for was a few throw blankets when it was especially breezy on the deck. We can't wait to come back!

This is the third time my friends and I stay at this property, and the first since it was renovated and updated. It was great before and even better now. Very clean, good accommodations, and a private beach walk way. If it's within your budget, rent it, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back again for sure.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property facing the beach with private access. The house is tastefully decorated and spacious. Huge deck, grill, hot tub downstairs, washer dryer and extra refrigerator in the 2-car garage. Comfortable beds. It’s close to the charming town and a Publix is located nearby. People are friendly, good restaurants, nice shops, pickle ball courts a few blocks away. Pleasing farmers market on Saturdays. Matt is very responsive. Advice, if you watch Netflix, bring your password. Highly recommend booking here.

The house was everything and the view was killer. Kitchen was well stocked with more than adequate lounging and eating spaces. Each bedroom had a wonderful view. The outdoor covered deck was our favorite space. It literally is my dream property. We will be back!

All of the bathrooms need significant work. The huge deck is fantastic, but again, needs major repairs as screws were sticking up all over it, and there is an actual hole in one of the boards (we kept a cooler on top of it).

Loved the location and the little touches that not all rental beach properties have. House may not be considered completely perfect by all, but it was for our group. Also nice to be within walking distance of places like Sliders, yet practically have the beach to ourselves. (At least in mid-october) Loved having the extra fridge in the garage to generate more ice and chill spare beverages, etc for our large group. Owners were extremely responsive.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in Ebb Tide Cottage. It was good house to begin with, but now all the kitchen appliances have been updated as well. The host left plenty of soap and shampoo as well as other supplies to help get us started - as well as a bottle of wine! It was much appreciated. We enjoyed the stay and will be coming back.

We spent 9 relaxing days here. Early walk for sunrise or you could just enjoy them from the porch. House was very clean and comfortable.
We spent many a meal out on the Backporch. The grill was filthy and the tools to clean it were falling apart. Ended up buying new cleaning brush and refilling gas.
The email we received regarding check in stated different check in and check out times than what was communicated in folder in house. Also the number for early check in is the previous owner.
Thank you for a relaxing vacation. Sad to say we can't afford to come back.
