I was really disappointed, upon arrival at reception I had to wait 20 minutes for someone because there was no one to welcome me, the mere fact they knew I would be arriving on that day because they had made contact with me prior to my arrival. When the receptionist finally showed up 20 minutes later she said my booking was for the next day and eventually confessed they had an error on their side. Anyway I was given a room that had a broken AC and waited almost 2 hours for it to be fixed. I stayed one night at this establishment and ended up changing hotels the next day.

Staff was amazing!! I was really sick and the lady working there went to the shop and doctor for me to get supplies. She was super thoughtful, helpful and so lovely too!

It’s always so cool even during day time. I also love how it’s tucked neatly away from the busy and touristy streets but is near to almost every location the tourists visit. It’s so quiet, the hosts were very helpful and accommodating and you can also directly rent a motorbike from them. I can’t thank the staff enough for still accommodating us when we haven’t booked one night before so we can have a place to stay.

Probably the sun doesn’t shine there so our wet clothes couldn’t dry properly, but there’s a laundry shop nearby!

Comfortable, beautiful balcony view with a creek running nearby, spacious room. A little ways outside the town, which was a plus for us, since it meant a quiet space to relax in.

The area is very quiet, but the balcony door doesn't block out sound too well, so if others are on their balconies talking it might make it hard for a sensitive sleeper. Wasn't really an issue for us, though.

Cleanliness can be improved. The accomodation has only several rooms so they don't have a man on stand by.

The outside pool area is very pretty. Staff are friendly, especially the ladies that make the breakfast every morning and food is tasty. Room was very spacious and we had a nice view outside of the rice fields.

The doors do not seal properly so many animals/insects crawl through the cracks and get inside the room at night which isn't pleasant. Hotel staff did not understand or care how uncomfortable this makes guests and could not offer a solution. The mattress is very hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I have had a strained neck for the past 2 weeks because of it. The property is in a nice location, but it is not that close to Ubud town so is quite inconvenient if you don't have a scooter. It will take 15-20 minutes to ride into town. The property is advertised as 'adults only' but there was a screaming child in the room next to us. There is also not staff there at all times when you need them, so advertising as a 24 hour reception is false.

Its incredible place close to goa gajah , you can rent a motorbike with them and go around. Breakfast is so rich and you enjoy it in your room on the terraze looking at amazing green rice fields and palm trees. For the price including the breakfast ITs so rich, Anf staff ....well they are nice , helpful amazing!!! Definitely if coming again to bali ubud will come in the same place !!! Warm recomended !!!!!! Thank you alam grigis to make our staying in bali more beautiful and beeing so helpful !!!!
