Great location- minutes to the beach and bernies! Barely noticed the bar next door and the host provides ear plugs just in case! The day beds were very comfy but I will say if you’re over 6’ it may be tight quarters in the bathroom (I’m 5’10” and it was tight but manageable). The host was accommodating and responsive and even let me check in early! Would stay again!

This property was so small!!! No need just daybed couch and kitchen and bathroom were in a basement. This of not annoying was tolerable compared to the bar noise from the bar right next door!!! I had a dog comp next morning and me and dog were so tired!!! Drunk people hanging out front of house woken up every hour!! Manager only refunded me $100 I'm beyond upset and will think twice about renting from vrbo again!!!

I travel alone and look for affordable comfortable and clean locations. This place was all of that and suited me perfectly. Very cozy and mindful of the fact that folks like me often forget small things like a tooth brush or nail file. The host had me covered with hotel sized packets of individual goodies for personal care. I was very impressed with how this small venue was designed so we'll. Nothing was missing from sweet little galley kitchen to every appliance you'd need to be able to cook,grill and entertain a couple of guests. I will be going back!

This place in just right for two people. Wish there was a larger frig/freezer but we made it work. Only negative is the shower is a bit small, reminds me of an RV wet bath. There is everything you'd need to include plenty of kitchen items. We liked the location and really never notice the karaoke bar next door. There was noise above us each day, it sounded like they were arranging furniture but it was every day just during the day. We had some trouble getting ahold of the owner the day of check in which is odd because when I had several questions prior to renting the property the owner responded very quickly. The owner was very helpful, we would rent here again.

A very nice, compact, well maintained property. The owner provided all the extras and the ac and television were both a welcome relief from the road. Highly recommended.

My wife and I come up every year for the seafood festival and have been for about 5 years now. Each time before we stayed at a hotel or motel in the area. While those places were fine for being such establishments, Rick's property just tops all of that. He provides all necessities and keeps the place super clean. Pet friendly was our big thing as we traveled with our cat as well and Rick was incredibly accommodating. Wife and I will be planning a stay here again next year!

It was a great little spot! A little loud since the Karaoke bar was next door but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Richard’s place had all the necessities for a ocean-side stay and was mere feet from the beach. He was very accommodating with our late arrival time. Grateful to find his place for a last minute trip with our dog !

The property manager is a really nice guy! Place is clean and kept up really nice! The beds are comfy and you have everything you need to have a good time!

The place was well stocked and even though small there was a great use of space. The location was perfect near the beach . We had our dog with us so we were happy he was allowed. He lay on the little front stoop while we sat our with a glass of wine and people watched people go by. The bar which almost touched our building had Kerioke every night so the landlord provided ear plugs! We did notice there was a device that made sounds but not until our second night- we put the sounds of the ocean on and that helped us to block out the sounds of the terrible singers!

This a a great property for a girls get away! Just be aware that you are right next door to a bar. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

If you want to park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants and some of the shops then this little gem is perfect! AC worked great and Rick was super accommodating regarding check in/out time. We will return!

Very clean.. well decorated. I liked the back yard which gets a lot of shade.AC worked great even in the 90 degree temps with high humidity. Rick the owner was very pleasant and friendly. Apartment was well stocked with plenty of extras like Kuerig machine with plenty of complimentary pods. Def hope to visit again. Bar next door is noisy late however ear plugs are provided if needed..I used a white noise app and was fine

Rick was excellent at communicating with us. His two-story, studio apartment, beds at street level, front of unit, kitchen and bath at basement level down one flight of stairs back of unit, very tight, narrow quarters is efficient and in a good location. A little tricky to find, hope Rick has updated his directions which will help a lot. 5 Min walk to beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Lots of novelty shopping close by. On a busy street and a popular sports bar with outside seating right next door, so if you are a light sleeper, a couple wanting to sleep in the same bed, two win beds, tall, move on its not your place for sure! We made it work since Rick is pet friendly, very nice and accommodating host. A/C worked great, water pressure great. Micro, keurig, coffee, cooktop, refrigerator, tons of towels, paper products generously supplied. Beach is not pet friendly so plan on leaving Fido at home. :-(. All in all we made it work. We are over 55 and in good shape. Found the two story a bit cumbersome, but tolerable. We stayed two nights and found it worked just fine! Thanks Rick for printing our concert tickets, above and beyond!

This condo is thoughtfully detailed providing everything needed for a great vacation stay. Don't let the size deter you...this little gem has it all. Owner is very helpful.

The good: great location a block from the beach. Hampton Beach was a great place to stay. The pace was clean and well-kept -- good TV and AC, etc. The not-so-good: a lot of noise. The bar next door had karaoke every night, although it did close at 1 am. The street outside is very noisy, with cars blaring music and lots of loud people on the street. That said, it did get quiet after 1 am and sleeping was great after that. The apartment itself is not made for anyone over six feet, and was a bit cramped, though well-packed in with everything we needed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but I think next time I would pay more to find a quieter location on one of the side streets in Hampton. That said, the price was quite right for what we got: a decent, fun vacation in what is a fun, party-oriented, but also family-oriented beach town.
