The villas were spacious, very clean, warm and comfortable. Safe, easy to walk to amenities and facilities. Great easy access to travel into Launceston and the surrounds for sightseeing.

FOC bottled water in the rooms would have been good. A water cooler unit in the gym / pool area would be helpful when exercising.

We had recently stayed in a one bedroom garden villa and on this occasion selected a one bedroom apartment which was slightly larger and had a separate shower. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The villas are situated in a lovely setting and about a ten minute drive from Launceston, but close to the Casino. We used the pool.

The rooms are a little dated, but were excellent value for money. Accommodation was mostly very quiet, but noise from surrounding apartments was noticeable during the early evening and early morning. No view from the one bedroom apartment.

great room, bed comfy and the pillows actually were good as well ,the table was a good size to work at .

for the size of the unit the toilet was a disappointing size, very small indeed you were better off standing beside the toilet when opening the door because there was not a great deal of room

The unit we stayed in was well equipped and maintained. The gym facilities were really good. The bistro was also really nice and great to have it so close to the units. The staff member who checked us in was lovely.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.
