the property is ok, needs some work in the jacuzzi area as it’s not really a jacuzzi.

1/5 staff is actually nice. Most seem to be annoyed at guests. Will speak badly about guests (I speak Portuguese as well :)) . be careful when ordering food since they tend to charge your card then say you never paid on check out. This happens to us and we stayed and extra hour past check out trying to get this resolved with the check out person and the manager even though the bar employee kept telling them we had already paid. Would tell Americans and other foreign visitors to stay away or at very least keep receipts of what you buy on the property because they might say you never paid.

Location Breakfast

Staff wasn’t well trained at all. Limited parking lot. Sometimes shower was cold. Swimming pool cold. Hotel needs full renovation - everything looks pretty old.

The location and view are impeccable, you couldn’t ask for more. The set up of the rooms and dining area is superb, and the “holiday feeling” is pretty special. The members of staff are extremely helpful (including and especially room service), and there is a true boutique vibe to the entire place. It feels a little like family with the other guests around.

It is a pretty old building complex, and that is palpable throughout. We had small ants and lizards in our room, but that may just be the way things are here. For those working from here, the wifi isn’t great (does the job for Instagram and Netflix), but video calls etc were a bit of a struggle.

The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and just as advertised.

The breakfast did not vary much, but that may because of Covid-19 issues. We also could not serve ourselves, but then again that was because of Covid-19 concerns.
