dated. was advertised as deluxe room it wasn’t. mirror in main room grubby. tap in bathroom filthy when tap was pulled up to turn it on, I’m a professional cleaner and I get these small things get over looked but it’s all in the detail. couch was uncomfortable. for the price I would not go back.

The distance to Forsyth bar stadium. Easy walk

On arrival the room was very cold due to time of year. The heater when turned caught built up blocking dust vents causing sparks to land on carpets.our room had a charred smell for sometime. Staff seemed reluctant to check it. We were offered a new room an hour later but we were hesitant to start the whole process again if another heater was unmaintained as badly. Fridge in room did not work at all.

Great location, close to University and a short walk to the Botanical gardens. Lovely fresh decor and very comfortable.

Excellent parking facilities and the room was very clean and had all the amenities
