Is located out in the country side but only 5 minutes from Mosgiel and the road to Dunedin and the airport. There is plenty of room to walk around the property and for kids to play. Very quiet area.

Great location with a rural outlook. Very peaceful and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and tidy and loved the large fridge/freezer (which is larger than the majority of other motels). Had all the appliances and amenities to make our stay very enjoyable. Will make this our regular accommodation when visiting and would highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

There was only one light synthetic bed covering and that was disappointing given the climate in the South. Never before has accommodation that I have stayed in not had atleast a duvet, and a spare wooly blanket. The divan so flimsy my daughter was tipped out of it when she turned over in the bed. Quite dangerous!

It's a nice country setting. Quiet, very clean and comfortable. A nice bbq table outside the unit and I liked that it had a fly screen door allowing door to be open but secure. Good plunger coffee. Full size fridge. Very nice.

I would've liked an extra blanket or a duvet on the bed. Not quite warm enough but not cold enough to put heating on. Otherwise couldn't fault the place.

All of it. So spacious and quiet. CLEAN! the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in not too mention amazingly friendly and helpful hosts

Roomy cabins, comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find and a beautiful rural location. Would recommend!
