Completely dated well overdue for refurb

Everything was lovely and clean. The gardens and pool was relaxing. The beds comfortable. The tiles in the bathroom were not slippery.

The bathroom floor has a lip up on which one could trip. Only I fell " out" of the bathroom and landed heavy on the tiles in the hallway. I landed on all fours and have a massive black bruise on my right knee and halfway down my shin. My elderly mother had just had surgery so we were conscious of this problem. Unfortunately she did forget and toppled out of the bathroom too only she was able to put her hands out onto the wall and save herself. She already has a metal rod in her hip . I have emailed the property but I have not heard anything back. I just want them to be aware so it doesnt happen to anyone else. We cannot be the only ones?

Staff are friendly and and very helpful Room and bed were comfortable Close to shops and transport The breakfast was good

Lot of ambulance and road noise, The restaurant was not open for dinner

No swimming pool, apparently no license but not able to open for some time. No outdoor area to sit either as access to the pool area was barred

the property was in a good location to the surrounding areas and shops.

the pool was closed during my 6 day stay. and the rooms were old and poorly maintained. damages walls and you could tell cleaning wasn’t a priority.

The staff were nice and the location was good

The shower head broke. Rust along the door of. Bathroom cockroach in the kitchen which I have photos of paint peeling on skirts of roof in bathroom. For the price I think it should if least came with biscuits to have with cuppa. Photos showed them on display when I booked. Felt claustrophobic in the room. You can hear everything outside including traffic and sirens
