Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Overall property bit dated but has huge potential. Gardens bit neglected.
Room had microwave but no cutlery and crockery, so whatever you were going to cook or heat you couldn’t eat as no cutlery.
No toaster.
Advertised pool, but it was not useable.
Advertised restaurant/bar but that was permanently closed. So, for just a room, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side.

We enjoyed the convenience of being clise to Ipswich Hospital. This helped us greatly for visiting a sick relative.

I liked the garden. The people next door had their television on all night and as there was a locked door in the wall between their room and ours I kept waking up and struggled to sleep all night.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel. The Manager was wonderful and open on arrival. He supported us when we asked...nothing was an issue.
I would stop at this motel again.

I really liked the staff upon arrival. Very nice and quick and made friendly convo. Place was very clean and tidy and was nice and quiet. Would recommend to others and I would stay here again.

As I was travelling with my assistance dog, I informed the hotel on booking the room, also requested a ground floor room. There was a fuss about the dog and I was out in an upstairs room because no-one had read my request, even though they had responded to the booking. I was then prevented from using the on site restaurant, again because of the dog. It is the obligation of hoteliers to understand the disability laws because being treated like that is embarrassing and discriminatory. Lovely people but ignorant of the rules. It made my stay somewhat uncomfortable.

It was exceptionally clean and the rooms were adequate. Advertised as the only property in Ipswich with full room service and dining. There was no room service for food and limited breakfast available in the dining room. Pool could not be used due to licensing issues. Overall a good clean place to stay and I’m guessing owners have not been there long and are working on facilities. Lovely peoplle
