Very comfortable bed and sofa. Nice and quiet.

And the hot and cold taps were the wrong way round I was told that someone would contact me but no one did. Clearly they didn’t care! I would of maby tried them again as the pool was lovely for the kids but because I had no apology, only excuses and blaming on me for not reporting earlier even though I wasn’t there for long and the issues arises as I stayed, not aware of all these issues from when I walked in I will never come again.

The pool was amazing, sports facilities were good and loved the bungalows.

the pool area is beautiful , the staff are really helpful although only speak limited english so was a bit tricky when we had a issue with the door locking but all.got sorted in the end .

Very clean facilities, the pool area was wonderful. The staff was also very nice. A great location for kids. We were travelling with our 3 children; 10, 6 and 2 years and they háð something to do for all of them. They had the time of their lives. Would recommend to rent a car though as it is not really possible to walk from the location.

Nothing it was perfect.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, which was not indicated on the website nor in the confirmation messages sent. And the closure was due to maintenance though without people going any work.

Restaurant staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Cottages were great, comfortable however, no kettle in the one we rented so had to cook water in a pot. But otherwise good value for money and would book again.. purely based on the accommodation and great reataurant and breakfast 👍

Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful and a bit rude in treatment and due to this we nearly did not finish booking in.. did not give a good impression. Also car park is far from chalets so a bit of hassle when have lots of luggage but one can park close at the end of row where chalet is to unload and load.

Good size double bedroom, comfy longe chairs and sun loungers.

No kettle or cooker. Very noisy people in other chalets with loud music late into the night. No respect for “quiet hours”. Cars parked on the roads instead of the car park. I would not stay again.

Fabulous place for families, very safe

I spent only one night, so I can comment only about the accommodation. They seems to provide other services as well. In a nutshell: what a nice surprise! Super clean and comfortable bungalow with everything you need for a pleasant stay - kitchenette with utensils, microwave, stove, fridge, TV and etc. Each room/space has its own air conditioning. The bathroom was properly disinfected. The bed was comfortable enough for a good sleep. Big kudos for the staff allowing me to check-in after working hours. To the management: I believe, the maintenance guy needs to receive a bonus for doing an extra work. :-) He helped me to contact the reception and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, while staying polite all the time. The price that I got was great. I won't hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

The check-in hours information, cited in Booking.com, is not correct, so you might miss to reach the reception in the working hours. Please, communicate back to Booking.com and correct that.

The complex was beautiful and clean

Although the regions rested and bars were open until 10 pm, no food, drinks places were serving after 4pm and no shop open at all. No one informed us of that in advance and even when we arrived.

Bungalow, playground, friendly staff

We did not know that the outside swimmingpool would be closed and that we have to pay the indoor swimming pool (with extra cost for the swimming head and appropriate shoes, we would have paid close to 50€ for 1 hour!) We left the resort earlier to get to a place with swimmingpool.

Family resort, fair enough, but at night there is only the bar, which isn't cheap. Asked a member of staff to put a particular football game on the TV but he refused. I was the only person there. So was left watching a game I had no interest in.

We had terrible weather which changed the dynamic of our trip but the staff were absolutely excellent and big thanks to Eduardo who was super helpful
