The hospitality was wonderful. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful in any possible way. We received great advices for food, trecking and tours all around. The place is very clean, spacious and lovely. It is easy to get everywhere from there.

This is a beautiful property that has been thoughtfully renewed. It’s a mixture of old and new They have kept the character of old Sicily and added modern comforts.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was well equipped, cosy and cool. Easy parking. Useful kitchen. Great AC plus patio. The staff, Sergio and his family, were so kind, attentive and helpful, giving us precious recommendations for things to do and eat in the area. The cherry on top was the newly built pool overlooking the sea and mountain. Don’t hesitate, this is a very special place!

Everything about this property was more than Perfect. Exceptional! The apartment was spacious, and very well equipped. The views were amazing. Sergio was the perfect host. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else. Well done to all concerned. I will definately be returning and the sooner the better!

That i didn't stay longer!

Sergio was really helpful, he said a lot of useful things about the area. We got a bigger apartment than I booked. It is fully equipped and has regular heating. The view is amazing, with the Monte Cofano as a centre sight. Last but not least, Erice at the other side. Wonderful.

This property is located 15min drive from Erice, 20min from Trapani, 30min from Sagesta temple, 20min from San Vito Lo Capo and Zingaro Nature Reserve, 45min from Palermo. It`s on the hill with a beautiful view either on Erice or sea. It`s very spacious, clean, parking for free with a gate that you can lock for the night. It`s children friendly (no cliffs to fall from). It`s located in a very quiet spot of Valderice, walking distance or 1min drive to high street. The supermarket is a bit further and you`d need a car unless you fancy walking half an hour. To pick up the keys was so easy. We got a text message from the owner the day before arrival and he was waiting for us. He`s super nice, chatty and gives you plenty of recommendations. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need if you want to cook. Every apartment has at least 1 terrace and spacious nice bedrooms with big kitchens. The complex has a laundry room and nice parasols for the beach (for free) that you can borrow. All in all it`s a great place, not expensive, very friendly owner and close to all beautiful landmarks of this part of Sicily.

locates at a small hills up the small town, beautiful, large suites, good enough facilities, very friendly owner provides many information. And very beautiful scene looking out.

Hope there will be quilts as sometimes sheets are not warm enough for the nights. Nothing else to complain.

Sergio is a very welcoming and helpful host, shared lots of good information on arrival. Location great (needs car though) and good views from an elevated position. Nice apartment in a restored country house, quite unique.
