The location of the hotel is great. I had a beautyful view on the ocean from my room.

Location and convenient for an overnight stay. We arrived around 9pm and a young gentleman met us at the front gate and helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. He was polite, kind and friendly.

No breakfast available.   The hotel is a bit run down and the photos on Bookings.com are deceiving. The amenities mentioned in the advertisement for the triple room we stayed in is non existent apart from the fridge.  The bathroom was bare I.e. no soap, toilet paper, etc

Nice hotel in a good location in Hikkaduwa. Very friends staff. A mother and her young son run the place :)

Room had a couple of insects. But not a big issue. Bathroom did not have toiletries (ie soap, toothpaste)

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The common areas in the hotel were a bit poor.

Facilities and cleanliness are excellent. Friendly and welcoming staff. Much more than expected.

Super location. Right on the 🏖️. Hosts very welcomed. They even let our parents stay longer until their flights. Highly recommended ☀️👌

The location was good. The staff were very helpful - I asked to do some laundry and the gave me a bucket, they also let me borrow an adapter.

Amazing host, clean rooms, great location (by the beach) and lovely vibes. Would really recommend!

The accommodation was close to restaurants and bars in the area. Right on the beach around a 15 minute walk from the train station

Location. Friendly staff.

Food was not good. WIFI went off without warning. Power outages. Room was not cleaned at all during the 4 nights we spent there.

Really nice staff, they helped us with all requests we had. Laundry service was good. The room was big and had kitchen and fridge inside. The location is just perfect, you can go to the right for watching turtles, swimming and diving, or you can go to the left to surf, or you can just play with waves right near the hotel. Big awesome supermarket nearby.

Quite often there was no electricity, so air conditioning couldn't work. There was only cold water in the shower. It's actually fine in day time, but not very comfortable in the morning/night.
