We had a fantastic stay at Nisala Suites in Hikkaduwa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was taken care of, and we especially appreciated the exceptional service provided by Hashan. He was always available to help us out, from taking care of our laundry and buying motor oil for us to delivering a delicious breakfast and even providing sun mattresses for us to relax by the pool. The villa itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a comfortable, cozy bed that made us feel right at home. We found everything we could ever need during our stay, making it a true home away from home. Overall, we would highly recommend Nisala Suites to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hikkaduwa. The exceptional service provided by the staff, along with the stunning villa and beautiful surroundings, make for a truly unforgettable experience.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, there were no curtains for the windows which meant that the early morning light woke us up earlier than we would have liked. However, this did allow us to spend more time at the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the toilet did not have a ceiling which may not be to everyone's liking.

Amazing stay in Hikkaduwa, comfy, suitable for those who like more comfort and standard in countries like Sri Lanka. We enjoyed every minute of it ❤️

Reception boy was so kind and helpful to us. Also villa's design was very elegant and nobody disturb you during accommodation, villa was completely private.You wake up with birds sound in the morning.

Location is middle of the jungle, there was no sign for Nisala on the road.But you can find by tuktuk. Also we indicated as we are honeymoon couple 2 months ago via message but there wasn't any preparation for this so it was made us unhappy. And Sri Lanka has power cut nowadays. Even tough Villa has generator, there is no electricity times of day because there is no gasoline. Nisala gave only floodlighter for this issue. Please get information about power cut before make reservation.

Extremely tasteful interiors, better from what you can tell from the pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful to arrange all kinds of transports and activities. There are only three villas so it’s really private and if you are lucky you can see monkeys in the trees! We cannot recommend this place enough, it exceeded our expectations.

We loved everything about this place. The villa is stunning, very quiet and exceptionally clean. the staff is wonderful and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We usually travel with a slight smaller budget and it was worth every cent. One of the places we would always come back to!

There really isn’t anything that we didn’t like! Just a note that the pool is private but facing towards the path where the staff and neighbours walk by. Nothing that bothered us through.

Beautiful spacious villa with a little pool that is a perfect size. Feels like you’re in the jungle but Hikkaduwa is not far away. The housekeeper Hassan could not have done more for us- he helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent- fruit, eggs, toast- always plenty there and you can have it in the restaurant or they will bring to your room.

The floors are quite slippy so be careful and would have been nice to have a sunbed in the yard outside.

Villa is very large and spacious, great pool and facilities are clean. The hosts are extremely welcoming and accommodate any request. They cooked us a beautiful traditional dinner which we highly recommend doing if staying multiple nights.

Villa is not as private as one might expect and there are no curtains. It is a very quiet place with only 3 villas though so unlikely to have someone walk past. Long walk to the road so tuk tuks are needed but they are cheap!

Everything was perfect - secluded little boutique hotel. Away from the city , overlooking the rice fields. Location is incredible, staff is lovely. One of the best hotels I stayed in.

This is one of the best stays in Hikadouwa , if not the best. The host and his team are very hospitable and helpful and most importantly they cook the best local and sea food in sri lanka. Don't think twice before booking it. Guaranteed, you will be more than satisfied.

Everything was wonderful - from the staff to the breakfast, to the room, the private plunge pool, the decor.....just superb!!! The first night we stayed it was pouring with rain. It was also a Monday, so some restaurants are not open. However, our "butler" Hashan arranged a meal for us according to our dietary requirements....it was kot a bother for him. Thank you Hashan 😊
