Персонал натянуто улыбается при любых обстоятельствах! Это искусственно и не приятно! День заселения прибыли в 15 дня, номер не готов( попросили подождать 15 минут! В итоге в 16 заселились... номер убитый, все старое ( подушки и одеяла уже рыхрые от эксплуатации! Попросили кофе в номер без сахара , принесли через минут 30-40 с сахаром (варят сразу с сахаром) попросили заменить и приготовить как заказали...принесли минут через 20! Вечером ждал сюрприз , отсутствие горячей воды...сломался бойлер, ждите до утра так как мастер придёт утром! Спать не возможно из за отсутствия кондиционера (днем жара 22-25 градусов) сплиты работают только на тепло! Соответственно открыли окна и спали с открытыми окнами, и тут началось веселье))) до 2 ночи оры и крики отдыхающих туристов, в 5 утра начинают убирать мусорные баки с грохотом таким...что я проснулась в ужасе что начались боевые действия! В 6 начинаю орать и смеяться как люди огромные чайки как боенги))) в 7 просыпается город и туристы, их уже очень хорошо слышно! В общем две ночи ада((( в итоге утром ( когда должен был придти мастер по ремонту бойлера) мы пошли завтракать в кафе на соседней улице и после прогуляться, вернулись в отель в 12-13 дня и вуаля))) горячей воды нет! Подождите 15 фирменных минут! Через час о чудо вода появилась!!! Вот такой мини рассказ получился! Без зла и гнева написала как было у нас! Надеюсь и верю что у вас будет отдых более комфортным!)

Das Personal ist einfach super und die Managerin hat uns auch ein größeres Zimmer gegeben alles hat gepasst.

Etwas kleines Bett ein Tick größer wäre optimal für zwei .

Beautiful property, room was extremely comfortable and exactly as pictured. Excellent location close to Galata Tower. Food in the restaurant was great. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Room was noisy (lots of kitchen noises seemed to be coming from the bathroom pipes and my neighbours were very loud) but I had earplugs which cancelled it out.

George’s is an oasis of calm in this extraordinary, bustling city. It is in a perfect location. It has stylish and comfortable interiors and high ceilinged bedrooms with balconies and terraces. The rooftop restaurant has a view over the Bosporous. Try their fabulous Turkish breakfast; you won’t need lunch. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. We left a mobile phone in our cab to the airport and Ahmed sorted out it’s return to the UK by courier without fuss. We will definitely be coming back.

Charming boutique hotel in an exceptional location with a very professional and kind staff. Fulya, the general manager gave us precious advice on things to do and fine dining and made us feel at home.

Excellent location, near Galata, but inside the streets, so it was convenient for walk and not noisy. The restaurant upstairs has wonderful view, must see. The service and staff were very welcoming, helpful and really ready to help and focus on your experience😍

Room with 2 separate bedrooms, the only one in the hotel, was noisy due to the connection to the kitchen, there was some issue with sounds, nevertheless I believe it would be fixed soon. For us it was resolved with moving us to another room and didn’t affect our vacation. very appreciated🙏
