The staff is very responsive and helpful. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and nice. He realised that the TV was not working and immediately he called the owner to resolve it. The owner of the house was also very kind to pop by and check if our family were happy staying.

On the day of check-in, the property was not very clean. Subsequent days, the property was nice and clean.

For its price, the property is well worth it. There were 5 bedrooms, all furnished well with a queen bed and air con along with 3 toilets throughout the property. One could also access the huge kitchen and enjoy playing billiard or watching tv with the comfort of the aircon in the living room. The staff were friendly and you could easily communicate with them via the numbers provided or through the app if you have any queries. In terms of location, u could save money a walk about 2km to the nearest tourist location patong beach. If not u could easily find taxi services nearby along the road ready to pick you up and send you to your location. Furthermore, there are easily a few convenience stores to purchase light snacks and drinks nearby. Lastly, for your activities there u could get the contact for Phuket Possible Tours, under the name Chisada where she could provide you with competitive prices during your visit there.

There is really not much to dislike as it had everything you need comfortably for your group.

The villa is awesome. Loved the pool table and the indoor swimming pool. Tv was good size and couch comfortable. Would definitely come here again. Quite local to main areas too. Very impressed with the property. Strongly recommend

Rudi house is fantastic. We can't believe we were lucky enough to find a place like this. It was safe, clean, spacious and all staff and owners were above helpful, respectful and supportive. I only hope we could be lucky enough to find it available again.

The sad part is the global situation, it would have been nice to have a few more places nearby open, only for options mind you.

Lovely villa in the heart of Patong. Very clean and tidy and exceptionally well kitted out. We’d opted for this property as it advertised a hot tub, but were disappointed that it was unavailable. This was understandable given the current situation with bookings in the area down 99.9% or more due to the pandemic. However when I messaged the owner they sent around their staff straight away and got it up and running. Very pleased with the (unexpected) service with that.

Nothing about the property itself, but when asked for a late check out we were told the standard time for check out is 12pm and they wouldn’t budge. Petty irk on our part? Probably, but it’s just the silly little things that leave an imprint on your mind rather than all the good things a place has to offer.
