Excellent cleaness, friendly staff, close to airport.

Nothing, everything perfect

The property is located in an elegant villa with a very nicely landscaped yard. It is very close to Dortmund airport, which is the main reason why I chose this property. The host is attentive to details and very hospitable. She let us park the car in the yard. Exemplary cleanliness. A very beautiful and welcoming location.

Beautiful house, very clean and nice people

Great location reachable by foot from Dortmund Airport. If you are a fan of flying, airport is still close and you can see/hear planes. Availabilty for car parking (not tested). Really nice rooms. LIDL shop about 15 minutes walk.

Not many restaurants to visit in sorroundings, however you can order food to deliver.

Everything was awesome. Very friendly and nice hosts! For sure we will book again.

The family was so kind and gracias. The refrigerator was full of drinks...there was a coffee maker...it was a 10 minute walk to the airport

Near to airport. Huge room . Luxury bathroom.restaurants within walking distance. Mini bar and snacks included ,I personally drank 2x gin and tonic and 2xbeer and the fridge was still full😌

Wery warm welcome from the host. The room is super clean and comfortable, modern bathroom. Nice suprice is cofe mashine and cold beverages+sweets and more.. what normally you dont have in standart hotel.

This has been one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Cleanliness was amazingly good and the generosity of the hosts by providing drinks and snacks was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect if you are flying in or out of Dortmund and there is a supermarket within easy walking distance. If you are driving, your car will be completely safe in a secure car park. Our stay at Alex was the final stop of a five day road trip from Spain so to have the final night in this superb accommodation capped of our trip beautifully.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.

i loved everything about this place! big room, everything super clean, nice bathroom with a bathtub, very quiet, there is even a coffee machine in the room, and a fridge full of drinks. not to say that the location is perfect if you have a flight from Dortmund Airport. definitely coming back. and the owners of this place are such nice people!
