Location is near to Golder Green underground and bus station about 3 mins walk . The room is clean and a spacious Ensuite , hotel is on the first floor and my room is on the first floor as well. Has a flat TV and free TV channels , free WiFi ( although need to sign in again after a few hours) , a small fridge although not very cool, a table and a lovely chair and complimentary given me 3 pillows by a kind and helpful staff ( many thanks) , the bed is comfy , it has a reading light as well… The coffee cup is lovely and has a cap on top with a plate underneath- feels luxurious.. Nearby restaurants and shops …bus stops ..very convenient..

Whenever train passes , I can hear the train noise ! Clothes rank is on top of the table where kettle is and very close to table and not practical to hang my clothes , trousers and my jacket and the hangers can not take off! ( next time I will bring my own portable clothes rank and a few hangers ). There is no milk but 2 packs of whitener instead . There is no parking space offer and I have to park my car somewhere which is expensive .It is better to come with train .

I stayed last year for 2 days so knew the location was ideal for going back and forth to Camden. The system to get in and out is quite basic without needing staff. When I called someone they answered straight away and advised I’d had an Email.

Nothing really. Would have been nice if there was a place for breakfast 1 of the days but there may have been in the pub I didn’t use. Probably cost more with that facility.

the rooms were clean and tidy with good facilities

on a very busy road. lots of noise. I was told that my check in time was 2-6pm however I received a phone call saying that I would have to collect from a safe box as staff were going home at 5. a bit faffy getting in but very secure feeling once you are inside. lots of banging and running up and down corridors at around 4 am bit no one to report it to as all staff gone home. a bit scary for a line female.

The room was clean and bed comfortable

The main problem was the windows and the blinds. It was not possible to close the blinds at night and there were no curtains. It was a strange arrangement . Double glazed but the blinds were behind the inner window and that window would only open an inch or two. It was noisy because of this as near tube and main road. This was room 202. It needs accessible blinds or curtains.
