Property is well located and in general well kept. Condo was adequate but very dated. But you don't come to Key West in Feb to stay inside--so really NBD. One irritation: no monitoring of posted rules in pool area. "No saving pool chairs" Laughable--any number of older residents would get up early, place their towels on "their" chairs and then disappear till the afternoon. And understand this is a clientele of people who are mid 50s to 80s--who should no better. Also rules regarding food and drink ignored.

Everything was amazing as expected. The pool temp was perfect and it was very clean. The expanded beach was beautiful. The only negatives I had were the pillows weren't great and the lime green room can be hard to wake up to but other than that everything was amazing. My family had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
