They played well with kids and are great for people with kids

Probably the best place you can stay. Excellent in everything. All the staff, from the reception to the guys of the mini and kids club, from the housekeepers and maintenance guys to the restaurant and kitchen staff. Lovely shows for the kids and the super fun mini disco at night. Every night a different show for the kids and adults, with fun performances and artist shows. Sparking clean rooms and facilities, with the lovely ladies of the housekeeping always smiling and available for us. Fabio and the girls of the kids/mini club where so nice. Lovely pool area, lovely spaces beautifully decorated. Food was great and different almost every day. Every single member staff of this place was professional and kind. We will definitely recommend to everyone and come back in the future. The access to the beach was so so comfortable, perfect location. Great view.. Guys what else should I say. Just book your room, you won't regret it.

The atmosphere was exceptional. The personnel, kind and friendly. Service was decent.

For 11 meals in total, there wasn't a SINGLE time when the food was tasty. The only time I had decent food was at checkout we had like 3 hours to kill so we went to a restaurant outside of the hotel. That is how bad the food at the restaurant was.

first room we were shown not acceptable ove r looked car park sea view debatable, second room following day good but did,nt expect to live out of suit case for first 24hours.

Can be noisy in the evenings, there are not enough sun-beds at the pool

the cleaning was not thorough. traces of chocolate cake from my toddler were on the floor for 2 days until I told the cleaner on day 3. they certainly do not clean under the bed (looked like dust had been gathering under for a long time). twice in 7 days they did not empty the bathroom bin (wet and dirty nappies). half board does not include any drinks for dinner (not even water) and I did not know until checkout.
