Der atemberaubende Ausblick vom Zimmer und vom ganzen Hotel war das Highlight, sowie der riesige Infinity Pool. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Wellnessbereich ist perfekt zum entspannen und sehr weitläufig.

Der Mittags-Snack fällt nicht besonders reichhaltig aus und wird kaum nachgefüllt. (Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau).

Superb location, amazing view, panoramic pool and rooms, sublime service and excellent food. The detail to attention tells you that this hotel is the collective imagination and realisation of the whole family who owns it.

For the money paid the smaller saunas need a revamp and better heating, the pool tiles need a little bit more cosmetic work and slippers should be supplied as standard.

The staff and the food

The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were super helpful and so lovely. The facilities were next level. The restaurant was outstanding and so accommodating for our daughter (20months)

The heating in the room was unable to be adjusted and it got sooo hot. We just cracked the balcony door open though so it wasn’t an issue.

The hotel is on a hill with a Panorama view of a city and mountains. It has very good relaxing area with indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, training hall

The outdoor smell coming from nearby farms is horrid :) We had breakfast and dinner. Dinner I would say is nothing special, 6/10. Breakfast was horrible, I would say 1/10. I never saw that small selection in a 5 star hotel. There were green eggs and you should boil them by yourself :) We were in a hurry, because wanted to visit some places and after we made some sandwiches by ourselfs, we were offered a omelette, but we haven't time to wait for it. By the way, from tools in the shower, there was only showel/gel

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel. The guy on reception / always everywhere is an absolute credit to the hotel. I hope he is valued.
