The hotel site is like a village, you can walk outside the "village" and everything is green and beautiful Good breakfast, in general the dining room in the "village"area, recommended for snacks and dinner A room with a balcony is very spacious, a room without a balcony is minimalistic (small shower) An interesting and professional wine tour, at the end of which a gathering in an impressive hall The indoor and outdoor pools are heated and it's fun, spa and treatments are recommended

Most of the staff do not speak English, there is no one in the restaurant who understands English, so there are mistakes in the food orders There is no shampoo and conditioner in the rooms (sold at reception). According to them, the soap in the shower is for everything They don't have activities outside the hotel, Like: horse riding, jeep tours, nature trips... it's a shame because there is huge potential there.

Very good spa options with both inside and outside pools. Half board buffet style food was very good. All the staff were friendly and approachable and front of house all spoke very good English. It has changed a lot since our last visit in 2016.

Thought the price of a bottle of wine was expensive compared to what you paid in their shop

The room was excellent, clean and spacious. The view from the room was beautiful and peaceful. The spa pool was very nice. The food (dinner buffet) and breakfast were Bothe excellent.

There is much to do in the hotel vicinity, You have a spa, a great swimming pool, a zoo, a babysitting place, and lovely paved inner streets with peacocks walking about. In general it is great for families with kids.

I was expecting a bigger room at the price point, especially with the option to have a couch turning into a bed. Maybe it is our luck, but this is the second time we stay here, and again we could hear everything from our neighboring rooms. You could almost be part of the conversation. Either we just got some loud people 2 times in a row, or the walls are paper thin.

The spa facilities

Pool bar and restaurant are poorly supplied with non alcoholic drinks and most of the drink beverages in the menu were not available. Polite, but not very helpful staff Surely don't like the change in the politics for spa towels-it is impossible the towels for 3 people to dry for a night. I had to use wet towels for 3 days or to pay for new ones. If you want to go green, do it everywhere, but to receive a plastic glass and plastic straw on the pool and use the same wet towel for 3 days is not Ok.

Great location, great features, warm and comfortable spa, delicious food!
