Everything. Very friendly and accommodating hosts - really went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after. Great location. Excellent room. Lovely breakfast. Thank you very much (and sorry for such a ridiculous delay in sharing my review!)

Nice well presented breakfast , good choice. Hosts have put a lot of effort into providing a memorably pleasant stay.

excellent location and generally well maintained. size of room was good and the bed comfortable. the breakfasts were excellent along with the hosting.

the room was a little tired, and the plumbing meant that you could here when adjacent rooms were using the water (loud ish noise). also the bathroom was a little cramped and having the washbasin in the main bedroom a little strange (but it sort of worked). Toilet took time to refill.

We were fortunate on day of arrival to get an off street parking space opposite Exmoor house but we didn't risk moving it as customers staying there had difficulty in parking on return of their day out having to park else where or the national trust car park at Dunster castle a good 10 minute walk away. therefor we are surprised they classed off street parking as FREE PARKING when you are not guranteed a space and have to pay.

Everything including the care and attention to detail that Jane and James took to keep their guests safe in these challenging times. From the moment we stepped into Exmoor House we felt part of their family.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. Location was good.

The only reason I did not give it 10 out of 10 was lack of parking. This is due in part to the property being in the heart of historic Dunster itself.

Absolutely beautiful place in wonderful location. The hosts Jane & James were lovely & friendly as were all the staff . The room was perfect & the complimentary toiletries were plentiful even had sun tan lotion . Would 100% recommend & would definitely return 5*
