The host is the kindest, nicest person. Arriving from Yerevan on the overnight train he let us check in early, and provided us with breakfast. The lobby has guides and travel literature. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The lighting is good. There is a fantastic view from the balcony. The hotel is in an elevated position near to the funicular that goes to the TV Tower. Taking a taxi is best option to arrive, but we found walking down hill to the centre easy, and only 7 minutes to the metro. It was very quiet during the night. The breakfast has plenty of choice, and as we are vegetarian we appreciated the fresh and healthy choices. We are planning to stay again and recommend this hotel as your base in Tbilisi.

A small and friendly hotel in a nice location with nice view. The staff was amazing , Mara I’m the kitchen was super friendly and caring and Giga helped us a lot and cared for everything, he also found us a cheap and convenient way to go back to Kutaisi airport . Thank you for everything !

Everything was great!

The room was spacious and clean. Also nice view. The heater is working good. The place was near Mtatsminda Park and also just minutes away from the city. Also have good food. The lady at the kitchen was very nice to us. All the staff are nice especially Giga at the reception. He was very helpful during our stay.

The rooms are not sound proof so we didn’t get proper sleep during night time because the people from the other room were too noisy. You can hear footsteps from the stairs and you can smell the cigarette smoke from the other room. And no bidet.

Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Coffee throughout the day. Real coffee (not instant coffee). Everything was in the room (awesome hairdryer, shampoo). Comfortable bed. Nice interior. Silent at night, despite being next to a street. Location: it's at the top of a hill, which I liked. Not too far to metro station also. Early check-in was no problem. Nice view.

We loved everything about this hotel. Our host, Giga, is just the best! He was very helpful and made sure that we always have what we needed. The breakfast were amazing, and well-prepared by their lovely cooks, Mara and the other lady. We stayed for 4 nights and whenever we return at night after the tours, our room was always clean. The location is near the city center but not too close, which we personally like because it’s quiet and we were able to rest well. We could have chosen a much nearer hotel in the city center after our first night, but we decided to stay here for the rest of our stay. Absolutely no regrets!

The location of the hotel is very pleasant and nice. Rooms were clean and cozy. The View from Balcony & Dining area is wonderful. Mr. Giga was very much helpful in all the needs.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The beds comfy. Staff are amazing. My top score goes to Giga, the manager, who is a real star. Nothing was too much for him, i felt safe and well taken care of. Also the lady cooking breakfast was super lovely and cooked pancakes especially for me. Yumm!

The hotel is slightly dated. Torn curtains, stairs and walls need a coat. There was rubbish under the balcony. It needs a bit of investment to shine. And a bit of fruit for breakfast would be nice
