The reception staff were so great and friendly, the location was amazing, the cleaning lady Najat was friendly ans helpful as well, definitely worth the price.

We liked the view we had on the sea. It’s located near the wood that makes the nights quite and the air very pure. Is was a very delighting to meet a wonderful staff who help us make our stay very quite. Especially Ghizlane during breakfast time, Fouzia the master of cleanliness and all the staff. We will be back in few months.

Everything was perfect

We made a mistake of being unaware and travelling during Ramadan which meant the hotel was essentially empty and running in skeleton form. initially we were a bit disappointed as the only hotel guests without access to the spa (undergoing refurbishment and after requesting a menu before arrival was informed of its closure and offered a free room upgrade) as well as the buffet breakfast and the usual entertainment options as listed on Booking.com. However, we discussed this with the hotel management and they upgraded us again, organised for the buffet breakfast to be available during most of the days during our stay, gave us a free meal and access to the hotel driver. Their response was exceptional and very impressive. Aesthetically, the hotel is very beautiful and the Junior Suite overlooking the bay really made this trip. The staff took great care of us throughout.

The location of the hotel is really good, view from the balcony was amazing. staff was really helpful and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. they gave us upgrade and a small gift to compensate when air conditioning was not working.

Hotel rating is 5 star yet some of the facilities are not up-to the mark. air conditioning was not working for the first night but staff did what they could to make our stay pleasant. it would have been nice if they have more vegetarian options in breakfast.

not professionalism whatsoever - still waiting for my refund from reception manager Mohamed as i mainly chose and payed for this hotel because of the heated pool for my stepson as needs warm pool on his daily life because he’s autistic and got ADHD and then been told it’s not working !!!! and i should go to another hotel despite what i told them about my stepson !! no sympathy whatsoever . been told we’ll see what i can do - if i can get it going for you if not i’ll get refund from head office . since then the guy is been dodging me every day 4 days straight !! i left him messages !! nothing !! and i had to calm my stepson every morning and night by keep lying to him that the pool will get fixed !! i would never recommend this hotel for no one !! i have travelled all over the world and i have never seen anything like this - absolutely gutted

We were met with friendly and very helpful staff. They upgraded us for free and the room was amazing. The view from the balconies was magnificent. Rooms were clean and very comfy bed. They organised us a free shuttle to the train station. The breakfast is fantastic. So overall I will recommend people to stay here.

really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I definitely recommend it for couples, the rooms were clean and were cleaned every day by a lovely woman who cleans really well (never experienced this in hotels before) The employees are also helpful, friendly so we will definitely come back here. I really felt at home here. breakfast was also good, clean and wide choice. We had breakfast outside the door once and immediately regretted it. Breakfast at the hotel is best. The location is a bit further out of town but from the rooms you have a beautiful view over the sea and you see a boat passing by every time. the environment is quiet as if you are really far away. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

The bed was good Reception friendly Bathrobe was a nice surprise. Roomservice was ok.

Room not up to date, poor facilities for a 5star. It is time to renovate. Breakfast was good but not a five star at all. No value for youre money.
