Struttura molto pulita e in ordine, bellissima ed unica per la sua posizione proprio sulla barriera corallina., questo rende il posto indimenticabile e affascinante. Mangiare buonissimo ed internazionale, molta scelta. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile

At first, we were a little shocked. The reception is simple and a little shabby both inside and out. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were not ready yet. Of course, the first place we went to was the central pool to enjoy the sun. The pool bar gave the impression that you have reached the old 2*. The assortment is minimal, almost every cocktail lacked an ingredient or a specific juice (and this was the case during the entire stay). The view of the bar setting is also not the best. We think that we will be deeply disappointed and we were anxiously waiting to see what would happen next. For the hotel here, what needs to be done so as not to scare away the guests, because this place is still central. But what happened next was like a pleasant dream. A large green, well-kept area, a cactus garden, its own shopping street, the adult area (16+) is perfect in general, a great pool and a great bar where you can enjoy a coffee or a cocktail. We had a deluxe room with a view of the pool, aqua park. The room was big, not with the latest equipment, but everything was clean and in order, a big balcony. A swimming pool with a small water park allowed children and adults to enjoy water fun. Before the trip, I read reviews that one year the biggest amusement tube was not working in the water park, then it is still not working, which is not good. Disappointment for children. There is a bar not only for drinks, but also for various snacks for adults and children. Drinks are standard in Egypt, but in this bar the bartenders tried to get the best possible. The food was relatively very good, which was a good surprise. Big choice and everything was delicious. The beach is of course a big bonus and with the infinity pool, the views are great. The reef is beautiful and can be snorkeled far on both sides of the pontoon. Overall, we were satisfied and recommend the hotel.

1) central pool bar terrible 2) All tracks in the water park are still not working 3) Shameless photographer (with a beard) who tries to extort money. From the beginning he is very friendly and takes a lot of photos. Each photo is only 3 $ and you can take as much as you want, but in the end he changes diametrically, becomes angry, aggressive, forces you to buy most of the photos, otherwise threatens delete all. The lowest amount was $100. Beware of this guy.

Lage des Hotels.

Gleichgültiges Personal (ausser man gibt jedes mal grösseres Trinkgeld). Büffets lieblos, ohne grössere Abwechslung. Hotelkomplex in die Jahre gekommen. Hotelriff am absterben :(.

Fun and beautiful, and you do not need to leave the resort. The staff are helpful, especially Mr. Khaled and Mohamed, the reception supervisors

Resort bellissimo e super pulito. Lo consiglio anche per la barriera corallina stupenda, a mio parere mille volte più bella di quella di Ras Mohamed. Nulla da dire sullo staff, abbiamo conosciuto delle persone molto gentili e disponibili, dai camerieri, ai bagnini allo staff delle pulizie e gli animatori. Il cibo e le bevande erano ottimi, ci sono due ristoranti inclusi e altri due disponibili per una sola prenotazione durante il soggiorno. Tutto lo staff e la struttura in sé del resort crea un'atmosfera di totale relax. Sicuramente torneremo presto!

Gli animatori sono molto bravi, ci sono serate a tema, attività durante la giornata. Forse manca però un po' di coinvolgimento. L'animazione qui a mio parere è fatta per coinvolgere tutte le età e tutti i turisti, quindi magari se siete giovani e volete più divertimento dovete sicuramente uscire in città.

Zimmer war groß und sauber Essen war lecker und sauber Pool war unglaublich schön und man sieht das Meer vom Pool. Weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Essen ist von Auswahl und Geschmack weit unter 5 Sterne Niveau. Und wir haben uns direkt einen Magen-Darm-Virus eingefangen.

The coral reef is the best part while staying here.

The food is bland and okay the property gets difficult to navigate it's weirdly placed

Excellent location. Great all inclusive meals and drinks. Fabulous Dive center with super instructors. The life guards were attentive to their surrounds as well as the bathers in their care. Reception staff were most helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Hotel shuttles were expensive. Entertainment was lacking. There were no group shuttles into town or nearby markets.

Amazing resort. Friendly happy staff.

The hotel has a more than a great coral reef beach and an amazing infinity bool with a direct view on the beach. The food options and varieties are great, you can never get enough of them. It has two restaurants with different views and a slightly different options. The staff were great and very wellcomeing and also professional. The activites were all along the day. Overall would recommend it and would love to return again in the future.

The location a little far from the naama bay market as you have to take a bus or car to get to the bay market area. They give vouchers for an Italian restaurant and an Indian one to try for a dinner for once. The problem is these restaurant are so busy and you might miss the chance to try it due to the fully booked reservation days, so a little advice try to book a time as early as possible.

worst food, Worst house keeping, old rooms, not all the staff are friendly and professional, Worst bar services, you need to walk from beach to pool to get water and cocktails, Also very overrated!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay special . The coral reef has amazing 🐟 if you like snorkeling. Food and weather were good too , lovely setting and gardens , good selection of pools nice beach.

Generally it was great so these are constructive criticisms rather than complaints . The deserts look better than they taste. The entertainment was sometimes excruciatingly loud, with very few people watching , amusingly the staff couldn't work out why people weren't staying to watch! Would be nice to be able to use credit card to book taxis , activities etc, to the room so as not to need so much cash.

Staff were highly attentive and friendly. The swimming pools were amazing, room was comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine.

We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions and I have to say we were treated really well by everyone and welcomed back by those who remembered us from last year! Too many names to mention but if you want a chilled 😎 relaxed 😌 hotel to visit in Sharm with Good food, great choice of pools and even a beach it’s well worth it.
