Friendly staff, easy parking, good supermarket 2 minute walk away, room facilities.

It would be really nice to have a little playground at the residence for the kids.

A little gem in this part of Tuscany. It is a bit weirdly located but don't let that prevent you from booking an apartment. The apartments are large, made of high quality materials, excellent airco's, nice furniture, fully equipped, and very quiet. The pool isn't large but clean and fits the bill. The bar is busy and has a good wine collection + good breakfast/lunch options. Free parking. A big CONAD supermarket around the corner. And also around the corner is an ENEL EV charger, a relatively fast one as well. Two minutes to get on the high way so in easy driving distance from Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanti and even Florence. Also the beach is nearby. Finally the employees/owners present the magic. Excellent tips to eat and visit (restaurants, beach club, towns) and they even arranged a wheel chair in no time for my wife when she unfortunately tore ligaments in her foot!

Given the quality of the apartment, the matrasses could have been a bit more comfortable. Still ok but not five star hotel quality like the rest of the residence was.

Nice appartement, very clean and well equipped. Very nice garden and swimming pool. All materials are high quality.

Huge noise from the main road passing in front of the residence, despite closing the windows, turning the AC on and using earplugs I could still hear heavy traffic during the night. I even tried to sleep in the living room but it was the same. We asked for another room but it seems that all rooms are somehow exposed to the road. During the day, the noise is also undermining the tranquility of the residence both in the appartements and around the swimming pool. The mattress was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs/coils, my back was hurting after 2 days. The reviews on booking were promising but we were very disappointed for a 9.2 rating, and had to shorten our stay. I would definitely not recommend this residence despite the kindness of the owners (they were kind enough to let us go earlier).

Authentic to the area, yet tastefully restored with modern comforts, well equipped and exceptionally clean. I can't say enough about the management and staff .... the exceeded expectation and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic accommodation and location for all the beautiful sights of Tuscany ! Rudolph and Fabio were excellent hosts and advised us of great places and restaurants to visit ! Air conditioning was fab and apartment perfect for our family
