Torno sempre da anni in questo albergo a gestione famigliare posizionato in una posizione tranquilla ma centralissima! Apprezzo la famiglia che lo gestisce molto gentile ad affabile! Un posto semplice con il sapore di una volta, pulito e accogliente anche perche' il parcheggio gratuito e' un plus inestimabile!

L'albergo non offre la colazione ma con una breve passeggiata ci sono ottime alternative per tutti i gusti!!

Comfortable, accomodation, really close to the city center. Dont' expect anything super modern but everything works the right way and it's simple yet comfortable.

Quite noisy outside. I heard some generator all night but I'm a really light sleeper.

I liked the location (walking distance to the centre), the room itself - clean, comfy, with a nice view, calm neighbourhood. The host was very sweet and helpful. The perfect room for resting, relaxing, working. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great, quiet location, close to the centre (just 233 steps up the hill!), spacious room with comfortable bathroom, lovely view. Parking space available. WiFi available, bit temperamental but I think it was due to UJ crowd overload.

We stayed In extremely hot weather and it was bit warm, owner provided the fan which helped a lot, albeit air conditioning would have been 5*!

I stayed at hotel San Sebastiano for 2 nights and was charged for 6 nights. When I got to the hotel room the bedsheets had not been washed and the floors were dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors and the street noise all night. It was so noisy that my friend and I did not sleep at all the first night. In the morning, I went to speak with the front desk agent and asked for a refund. She told me she did not speak English and could not help me. I waited until the afternoon when another front desk agent arrived for her shift. I knew she could help me because we had had a long conversation in English the night I arrived. She pointed me to some fun activities happening in Perugia, gave me directions to the city center and told me about the hotel facilities. However, when I went to speak with the agent that afternoon to ask for a refund, she told me she did not speak English. I was very confused since the previous night she spoke fluent English. I asked if I could speak to a manager or someone who could help me and she told me she did not understand. I logged into my booking.com account and requested a cancellation but no one at the hotel or booking.com ever got back to me. I spent 1 more night at the hotel while I searched for another place to stay and returned my key to the front desk in the early morning. I am so disappointed with the customer service at Hotel San Sebastiano. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
