Location and very nice and helpful staff are the only pluses of this hotel.

The hotel is a ruin. It demands a general renovation. Rooms are old, bathroom is disgusting. I was trying not to touch anything in the bathroom (awful) and in the room as well. It stinks on the corridors. The price is high and groundless given the conditions in the hotel.

The location is perfect for sightseeing and restaurants. Our room was on the third floor next to the beautiful reading room which we made use of. Breakfast was very good and the room, will freaked ceiling, was lovely. Staff were very helpful!

Located in the heart of historical Perugia. No problem to find restaurants.

Very noisy. Sound proofing not good and as we were in the first floor all the noise from the street was as if the windows are open. The heating cannot be controlled or turn off.

This is the ideal location in the historic centre. The building is beautiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. it would just be nice if it had a bar.

Extremely central position, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, spatious room and efficient bathroom.

The only problem is that the bed mattress is really too hard.

Room was very quiet, good size with everything we needed. It had a small balcony but we couldn't use it because of weather. Excellent and abundant breakfast. A couple of nights there was no internet but that was not the hotel's fault. Otherwise it was excellent connection. Centrally located with easy access to everything.

Small, corner shower typical of most older European hotels. Not a problem for us but a bigger person would feel tight. Even if you're not disabled, if you have any issues using stairs or have big luggage, let the hotel know when you book. There is an elevator but several rooms require also going up 3-7 steps to get to your room.

Nice old hotel with some historic rooms. We had the one with the nice painted ceiling. very beautiful. very kind staff. big reading room on the third floor. plus big rooftop Terrasse on the fifth floor accessible for everybody.

The outflow of the shower has a problem with the sewerage system. There was a strong smell. Part could be limited by putting a lot of shower gel down but it was only of ver short help. Breakfast was limited concerning fresh fruits.

This place was really nice, a great location, walking distance to the centre. The hotel itself has lots of character, The breakfast was really good with a beautiful ceiling fresco. The only issue is parking your car. You have to drop your suitcases and then park in the city centre which is walking distance.

The room was old and a bit dirty. Could do with a new coat of paint at the very least.

A delightful hotel, well located in Perugia's beautiful old town. Reception was warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a small terrace. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Frescoes, 'library' and roof terrace with fabulous views were all bonuses! Would not hesitate to recommend.
