This house was perfectly accommodating for my teammates and I for our weekend tournament. We were happy to find a place that gave every single person a bed to themselves so that we didn’t have to bunk up, causing us to be uncomfortable. With playing all day, as well as, all weekend, being able to fully lay down is a luxury. Really, the only complaint we have is that there weren’t enough actual blankets to go around.

Great location for us all to gather for our daughter’s college graduation. Comfortably accommodated our family of 14. Interior needs a few up dates a a little extra cleaning.

Access to the beach was super easy and needed to keep the kids in the group entertained. The pool was helpful too but a little cold during our November visit. House accommodated our large group of 9 adults and 9 children. Would stay her again for our annual family gathering.

The house is in a great location. Its onl a walkable block to the beach. The house setup is a little weird. The kitchen is a bedroom away from the dining room. Lots of usable bedrooms though. There was a little black mold in the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The pantry has absolutely no staples like salt, pepper, or anything like that. There needs to be more glasses. There are plenty of mugs. The floor was a little dirty, but management cleaned it right away. Its a great house for lots of people but not the best for entertaining.

Nice spot weird set up. Furniture is dingy and needs a cleaning. Location is perfect!! Water pressure is great the pool and hot tun was a hit with the family and it was pet friendly so definitely would come back!

Some friends and I take a yearly trip to N. Myrtle Beach. We generally struggle to find a place that will accommodate us, but this place was perfect. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great in the afternoons. Would definitely stay here again.

Was disappointed by the overall space and upkeep of the property. Strange layout for getting together with guests. All parties complained about the beds/mattress, shades were broken, had to put up garbage bags for privacy. Mold on bathroom ceilings.

We brought 25 people to the beach and all stayed here. I was skeptical at first because we never have this many people staying under one roof. I was pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and that everyone was comfortable and had a bed to sleep in. The pool is a good size and was nice. There are public walkways just across the street for quick access to the beach. I would recommend this place especially for larger groups

We look forward to booking again. Only issues we had is there was no broom, we needed an extra coffee pot and there wasn’t enough coffee mugs. We will be booking again in the future.

The location is wonderful. AC went out but called the after hours number and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix. Very prompt service. Location was great...literally right across the street from the beach. Check in & check out process was great...customer service was great! All in all this was a great place to stay!

The house accommodated us all comfortably. the amenities were perfect & the proximity to the beach was ideal! North Beach Realty is phenomenal & I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental to accommodate a large group :)

Reviewer Comments: This rental has a great spot near the beach within a min walk and nearby a busy strip that has all the possible food/events you could want. The residence itself leave a lot to be desired. There were issues with the remote controls, the pool was broken and unusable during the stay, the downstairs refrigerator had a undesired odor and stains, and there was a lack of adequate staple amenities (toilet paper, dish washing liquid, paper towels, condiments for kitchen). For the price of this home, there should be some more basics things included such as those amenities.

Our stay here was very good. Great location and the house was nice. The only issue was that the motor in the hot tub wasn't working, but the property management company communicated well and worked to fix it.

Reviewer Comments: Did not meet my expectations at all, walked into a house with a flooded bathroom, 8 bedrooms only 3 bathrooms and one of those 3 was flooded. Electrical wires hanging from bathroom ceiling, no curtain or blind at big kitchen window. Leakey bathroom fixtures. Door on 1st floor comes open by itself if not locked.

The place was big and great for us. The hot tube was dirty with sand and some fake red hair. The day we left the cleaning people came to the house at 8 am when check out was 10 am but other then that the place was so nice so roomy.

We had an amazing time at this house. Host communication was excellent! Despite Hurricane Ian during this stay we were able to enjoy everything about the home and location. Walking into a very clean home and very spacious layout this was everything we wanted and more. The pool and hot tub were clean and available for use. Rental office was very friendly and made this a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay!

House set up is a little strange but it worked perfectly for our family. Loved that it is pet friendly. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Website needs to update the pictures in that the furniture has been replaced. Pool did have sand in it when we arrived and the brochure told us pool was maintenance on Saturday and Wednesday. Saturday pool still had sand in it on check in. Didn’t see anyone on Wednesday and the pool had too much water in it that the skimmer didn’t work. We were able to drain some water out which helped out a lot. Pool person did show upon Saturday while we were checking out. Kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware and silverware. For a house of this size the pots and pans were not adequate.

The layout of the house was wonderful. The pool & proximity to the beach - amazing! However, the cleanliness was deplorable. The amount of mold in the vents, in the window air conditioners, in the showers, on the ceilings, & on the walls was inconceivable. The linens were dirty & there was trash from the previous guests. Not to mention, the cupboards & dishes were filthy. When brought to the attention of the management company, they tried to relocate us but nothing was available for a group our size. The owner did refund the cleaning fee & gave a small discount. They then sent over a crew of about eight cleaners. Yes, ALL bedding was changed, vents were wiped down, floors cleaned, cabinets wiped out, & dishes were started to be washed. This made it a manageable stay but very disappointing. The nail in the coffin was when one of the inspectors told us she had just inspected the property four days prior & questioned whether the air stopped working…causing the mold. No way. This house would need a complete overhaul to be ready for guests.

Maybe a coincidence but several people in our party got sick toward the end of the week and most of them were kids who had no idea what mold even is. It’s a bad look on an otherwise perfect experience.

We enjoyed the pool and location across from the beach. The property management were quick to respond and very nice. Our issue were most of the mattresses were old, very hard and a couple of us had to purchase foam toppers to be able to sleep on. The common ares were not big enough for our whole family to gather together to eat and play games. They were new loveseats and chairs some with tags still on them.

Nice place, not much privacy but you shouldn’t expect that so close to the beach. Staff is responsive, however you have to bring things like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Good spot would recommend for large groups.
