1. The bed frame equipment is relatively old and there will be noise. 2. Breakfast is not as expected.

The service was terrible. There was no help with my bags to my room. When my golf bag and case arrived by Takyubin they didn’t even let me know. I rang to see if they had arrived and said they had. I had to push for them to deliver my case to my room.

Large, comfortable room with great views of impressive bridge over ocean to Awajishima. Excellent public bath. Short walk to seaside and train station.

Room was overly warm, even with heating turned off. We opened the window a bit, but there was traffic noise. Wanted to have a pre-dinner drink in rooftop bar, but it was not open.

it was a nice room had 3 large beds nice bathroom and had a great view from the room also clean the bath had a great rain full shower in the Osen the lift to the beach was very good the area was also very nice

i booked this hotel because of the bar and swimming pool but the pool was a kids pool and you had to pay ¥500 to use it and the 2 bars where closed if i wanted a beer which i did after a long drive i had to pay for ¥5000 for the buffet in the restaurant and the staff where not so helpful with this we had to walk 15 minuets to a 7/11

The swimming pool. We were excited to swim in the pool but its dirty. And even the tatami room. We decided not to use the japanese room with tatami because of the smell of tabaco inside the room.

A great view of Akashi bridge from our room. It’s great for family stay in the tatami room.

Receptionists aren’t flexible and don’t have much knowledge about transportation to nearby tourist area. They can’t do much other than in their training manuals.

it wasn’t easy to find, the bed was rock hard, the spa was far and hard to find.

I really liked the view, the dining space and the view.

The location was a little isolated from restaurants/ convenience stores. Also, upon checking in, I didn't find the staff to be as welcoming as I had hoped. They weren't impolite, but at the same time, it didn't feel warm. I've stayed at lesser hotels with a much more welcoming reception.
