Great location as well as great views of the bay!!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location. Property is a little older and could use some updating. Only negative was on our last day a condo above us had a overflowing issue in the bathroom which ended up in our condo. We addressed the issue as best we could. Overall it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Vacationed in Orange Beach with 4 over 60 fun couples. We loved the layout of the condo and the deck was so relaxing with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico! Kitchen had everything you’d need for making snacks and the 2 ice makers came in handy for happy hours. Pool and hot tub blocked the breeze and we enjoyed walking the beautiful beach. Ate out every night and the restaurants were all great! Try the red shrimp.

Easy rental process

Room was awesome. Loved seeing the boats coming and going. The walk to the beach was further than we’re used to, but it was ok.

We had a wonderful stay! Having a bathroom for each room was an experience game changer. Easy walk to beach and loved being next to the bridge which gave a panoramic view of the water. The condo could use new shower towels, they seemed a little old. I also loved that we could walk across the street (be careful, no crosswalk though) to shops and restaurants.

This property and location was perfect! We had 6 adults, 4 kids and an infant. All of the rooms are spacious and the beds were amazing. This is truly one of the best condos that we have ever stayed in. The only issue we had was not with the condo; there were tons of jellyfish in the ocean that week! It is a beautiful condo and you will not be disappointed if you go!

Despite construction going on the entire week we were there, the condo was wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen made making meals so much easier! The unit was very clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. Great location, it is very close to grocery store's, and many restaurant's and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone considering staying at this unit!

Our group included 2 sets of grandparents, us (parents) and our adult children in their early 20s. We are used to going to Key West (Truman Annex neighborhood) or WaterSound on 30A. This was a totally different vibe but no less spectacular! The location of this property is great for beach and closeness to eateries and Publix. The condo was exactly how it was pictured! Spacious bedrooms, all attached bedrooms, the porch is large with enough room for everyone to sit. The owners are amazing to work with and have a provided a wonderful getaway for their guests. Will definitely be staying there again!

Would definitely stay at this property again. The view was amazing from the balcony, the overall space in the unit was great, and the location was not crowded which is what we enjoyed the most.

Our family had an amazing time staying in Grand Point unit 214. Condo was well stocked with whatever pots and pans you would need. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and wonderful. Huge balcony with comfy furniture and we had several meals at the large table. It was a perfect week with the family., wish we had the time to stay longer. The owners were wonderful to talk with and gave us some great ideas of where to eat and shop. Will stay here again next year for sure. The Brown's June 2021

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Loved the location on the beach and proximity to stairs was great for easy access. Condo was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room for meals and hanging out. Wonderfully decorated with everything we needed. It was the best equipped condo we have ever rented! Loved it!

Great renovated condo and nice property. Very comfortable for 8 adults. Easy beach access with chair and umbrella rentals available. 5 minutes from Publix grocery and several restaurants. Really nice large balcony. And trimming and hour+ off our drive instead of going to Destin was reallly nice, coming from LA.

Just got back from a stay here in April 2021. This property was fantastic for our two children, plus a set of grandparents! The entire condo is very spacious and the balcony is huge! It's very well located for anyone trying to stay safer during the pandemic. The unit is a corner unit at the very end of the building, on the second floor, and right by the stairwell so you can avoid the elevator all together. Everything was very clean, and well stocked with all the starter necessities. The building has an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool for when the weather is less than great. The beach is right outside, but it's a fairly long boardwalk. The only small complaint is the thermostat: There is a lot of notices about how the A/C will shut off automatically if any door is open for more than 90 seconds, but then turn back on when the door is closed again. However, in our experience while the A/C will turn back on, the thermostat constantly resets to 74 degrees regardless as how it was set before. And, it seemed like it would kind of "decide" to return to 74 at random even if doors were not held open. Regardless, we were never uncomfortable and when the A/C did work, it worked very well. We would definitely stay again!

Location is fantastic. The condo is at the end of the beach so you can easily social distance. The layout and multiple bathrooms is a huge bonus. Plenty of towels and kitchenware. Balcony was great to relax and the stairwell right outside the condo made it easy to get to the pool, beach, and parking lot.

4 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths with beach view and large balcony to relax on. Great place to stay.
