The place was very easy to locate, short walk from the centre, kettle/coffee/sugar/tea bags provided, along with takeaway breakfast what we asked for as we leave early, it was clean, shower room lovely, staff friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay:) ❤️👌

The bed, it was comfy, and because we are a cuddling couple, we was able to snuggle up, but there is a wooden divider separating the two single mattresses, they put a cushion on top but if leant on it can be felt, I feel the room would benefit from one bed for comfort. There is no complaint here, plenty of room on one mattress for cuddling, we just laid the spare quilt and bed throw over it, so it could not be felt :) Thank you for a lovely stay :) ❤️

Great little place on the edge of town. Peaceful location but close to all amenities. The young lady on reception was an absolute pleasure, very willing to help and always smiling. Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Can’t fault this lovely place.

The rooms were really cozy with cute design and practical furniture. well equipped with fridge, electric kettle, coffee and tee. there were enough plugs for all my devices: phone, smartwatch. The bathroom was clean and big. The best part was however the breakfast: diverse options and everything is delicious. Communication was smooth and reception was always helpful with every question.

Sometimes the bathroom got full of water from the shower.

Good location in the city centre and near train station, 10-15 mins by foot to Krupówki street and bus station. Clean and cozy place, wonderful staff, very hospitable and helpful girl at reception

It was really cold in the room plus the blanket was too light for such cold night. The water in the shower was hot first 30 seconds and then just warm. Maybe it is the same everywhere in Zakopane, it is difficult to judge but I wish it was more warmer.

No internet in the room despite advertizing for it. Was mentionned it had slow internet, but there was none at all. Everything was good value atnthis place, but this is a big let down.

Such a gem! Great location in town, just 10min walk from the main area Krupowki St. Local restaurants and a grocery shop just 5 min walk up street. Room was beautiful and clean including a balcony, kettle, tea, coffee & water. Shower was great, bed very comfortable. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Daria! Buffet breakfast was huge and constantly fully stocked and also friendly staff!

Hotel is located in non touristy area. So you wont see a lot of tourists here. However the walk to the bus or main area is not that far. It will take you about 10minutes. Our check in was extremely smooth. Reception closes at 16.00 and we arrived at 18.00pm. However all details were sent to us on email. The email was clear and we did not face any issues. Breakfast Room looked quite nice. You had to book a slot every morning as the room may not be bale to accommodate a lot of guests at a single time. The staff at the breakfast counter were efficient, quick and kept refilling the items immediately. Staff at the reception was extremely helpful. I forgot the sweet lady's name but she gave us a lot of information on what places to see in Zakopane and directions on how to travel there as well. We had a room on the 03rd floor and this place does not have a lift. We did not have an issue but maybe others may face some problems.

I would suggest to have a small refrigerator or a microwave either in the rooms or in the common area.

This is a lovely place, quiet, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I needed another pillow and Daria had one in my room when I got back later that day. Daria is sweet and nice to talk to. The breakfast was outstanding, some selections changed daily, all were fresh, well presented, and delicious. From here, it was about a 15 minute leisurely walk to Krupowki street, about 5 minutes to the temporary bus station, about 20 minutes to the Aqua Park, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

Having stayed at Willa Bór before and thoroughly enjoying it, it was an easy decision to come back here: excellent value, central (yet quiet) location, delicious breakfast and super helpful and lovely staff! For someone like me who comes to Zakopane for hiking, the property is just a few minutes' walking distance away from where minibuses to Kuźnice and Morskie Oko depart. The takeout breakfast available to early risers was also delicious. I also really liked the spacious room I was given. And special thanks to receptionist Daria for your help :)

Bed sheets were a little coarse the likes of which I don't remember ever seeing at any other hotel. It was no big deal for me, however, but probably traditional smooth cotton sheets would be better liked by most visitors.

the location was extremely quiet with a wonderful park view. it was also extremely clean. The coffee machine in the breakfast is awesome.

WiFi was poor in our room and one day didn’t work at all.
