Loved the property location, size and amenities. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The condominium complex was a short driving distance to Bridal Cave, Bagnell Dam, and a variety of shopping venues. The beach was 30 feet from the unit and the complex pool was very close as well. We especially loved that the unit had a bathroom for each bedroom! We will definitely return for another visit.

Myself and 5 friends spent the weekend. Jody's condo was perfect for us. We spent alot of time at the dining table visiting and looking over the lake. We did some shopping and eating at some of the local lake food spots. Great time, highly recommend.

Beautiful condo, extremely nice owners. They stayed in touch to be sure we had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. We had only 3 staying but it easily will accommodate 10. Will be back again!!!

Well furnished, the owner was communicative and the unit was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend staying here, the pictures don't do it justice. Close to the beach and one of the pools.

This was the perfect place to stay for our annual trip to the lake with our family friends. The unit was ready before check-in and was exceptionally clean and organized. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and extra bedding. All of the rooms were spacious and we had plenty of room to store our luggage and food supplies. It was convenient to have the beach so close so the kids could play in the water while we kept an eye on them from the patio when making dinner. The landlord was extremely helpful in obtaining a slip for us at the last minute and was even able to get us a deal! Evenings were spent on the patio relaxing with gorgeous views of the lake. We would definitely consider returning to this unit again in the future.

My family and I absolutely loved this space! The condo was clean, we had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children (under 7 years old), and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had! The amenities included were better than I’d ever seen inside the condo, and the pools and grounds at the Ledges were great. Very quiet and peaceful cove. We will definitely be back!

All the comforts of home. My mom, sister and I had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed staying here. Hopefully, we can get it again next year.

We had a wonderful time in the Overton condo and would recommend it for anyone looking for a short getaway or a longer vacation. It's RIGHT on the Lake of the Ozarks! The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for us. It was very clean and well kept. Thanks to Jody for being so accomodating!

This unit is perfect for 3 couples! Each had our "own space" and didn't have to share!! The Ledges is a great place to stay for bike weekend.

Location and condo were just what we wanted. Everything was perfect and we would go back to stay again. The only thing that was not 5 stars was the fact that there was smoke smell that we experienced but it was not terrible.

My family got to spend a wonderful weekend with each other. There was plenty of space, so we never felt on top of each other. The space was clean, and the location was perfect. We look forward to future adventures!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. Loved the deck and the view. Really liked that there was a place for the kids to play outside. Communication with owner was very easy and she always responds quickly.

We’ve rented numerous lake properties over the years and this was one of the best. Having a bath for each of the three bedrooms and living room and deck seating to accommodate all three couples made our stay great. The location is great and owner was gracious and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

This was our 2nd year renting this unit. It is roomy, and has 3 full bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. It is an ideal Location since it is right next to the beach and across the parking lot from the pool. The property Mgmt is on top of any concern.

both my wife and I smelled smoke for a property that was no smoking. It seemed that someone had smoked in the condo at one time.

My daughter and granddaughter wanted me to make an offer on the property because they had so much fun and want to return. LOL it was a wonderful weekend.
