La location, la pulizia.

Nonostante il posto sia molto bello, la seconda e ultima mattina del weekend è stata disturbata dalla mancanza di accortezza e attenzione da parte del personale. Avremmo gradito flessibilità per l’utilizzo della piscina dopo il check out almeno fino alle 15:00 (orario di check in per i nuovi ospiti), cosa che non abbiamo ricevuto. Ci è stato puntualizzato che per restare avremmo dovuto pagare la somma di 50€ a testa, esattamente come per un cliente esterno, che non usufruisce del soggiorno. Come se non bastasse, veniamo a sapere che per altre persone nella nostra stessa situazione di check out non è stato puntualizzato l’obbligo di lasciare la struttura così come nel nostro caso, e che avrebbero potuto pranzare al prezzo di 30€, 20€ in meno rispetto alla quota che era stata proposta a noi. È chiaro che le regole non sono limpide e soprattutto non sono uguali per tutti. Suggerisco di rendere trasparenti a priori queste condizioni in modo da permettere alla clientela di scegliere se acquistare o meno il pacchetto. In caso di necessità, peraltro, la flessibilità dovrebbe essere applicata ascoltando le esigenze di tutti i clienti, non solo di una selezione fatta senza un criterio da parte dello staff.

Struttura meravigliosa, pulitissima , 2 piscine con vista mozzafiato , camere nuovissime, letti con materassi 🔝 Ottima libertà ed accoglienza per i cani che possono entrare anche in sala ristorante !

Usciva aria fredda anche se l’aria condizionata veniva spenta e la temperatura era troppo bassa in stanza !

Outside music speakers all over the pool and green amenities, which is disturbing when music is playing the whole day. Once das there was even a party with too loud music the whole day.

The room was a joke. It wasn’t clean and it was like a hostel. It was no where near our expectations. Price-performance for the room was terrible.

This place is amazing, absolutely magic, especially at the evening ! This atmosphere is unforgettable... All rooms are new, clean, with perfect view + big pools, bar with good tasted vines and beautiful romantic restaurant with amazing food! Luxury breakfasts and dinners. Also personal was nice and helpful, nothing was problem, all our wishes were fullfiled!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better: the pools, the food, the proximity to beautiful towns and places like Assisi. It seemed that everywhere we wanted to go was about 20 minutes away. The grounds are GORGEOUS. The owners are clearly putting everything they have into this place. The restaurant was so good we ended up eating there maybe 4 or 5 nights. Stunning setting.

The only reason this place doesn’t get a 10 is that Booking lists large rooms as suites. A suite is more than 1 room joined together by a common area. All the suites we booked turned out to be just large rooms with multiple beds. There was 1 real suite with 2 bedrooms that the staff at La Quercetta considered to be 2 rooms so the first night we actually had 1 couple coming in late that didn’t even have a room! We ended up sleeping in our daughter’s large room with 2 beds (1 - a fold out couch) so the late couple had a room. Because it’s the busy season, it was tricky to fix all of the room issues but by the 3rd day we had it all relatively sorted. But beware, these are NOT suites. Even the 2 room “suite” we got didn’t have doors to the bedrooms so they lack privacy. The 2nd problem was air conditioning. They have the air on a schedule. Since we stayed in a variety of rooms, I can tell you that any room on a top floor is much hotter then the ones below. They don’t get more air so you sleep hot there in the middle of summer. They say to open windows but strangely I think they water te grounds at night with reclaimed water and it smells pretty bad. So that’s out. We dealt with it as the positives far outweighed these inconveniences.
