This is a great cottage in a quiet part of Beechworth with fantastic views to a duck pond with the ducks and a magnificent forest just behind us. Set back from the main road with everything you need for self catered stay. A well equipped kitchen and spacious living area means you have plenty of space to relax whether with friends or family. Spotlessly clean, great beds, heating and cooling easy to operate and clean.

Quiet location, spacious, well-equipped, under-cover parking.

Did not receive notice that the property had no staff and that we had to collect key from a different site. An email was sent but after we had departed from our previous night's accommodation. Had to phone.

The size of the unit and the view

The beds were awful, worst sleep I’ve had. The shower was also not very clean

excellent lodgings and location.

Location and cosiness

Heater didn't work in the bedroom with 2 singles and sliding door didn't lock on r hand side

The garden was lovely.

all very good except one single mattress was too saggy in middle - new one is needed!
