This was my second time staying in Leon, after the first one in 2016. I again loved everything. The reception recognized that I stayed there already which was nice. After so many years, the hotel kept everything in the same good shape. The rooms are comfortable and clean, bathroom as well. The bathroom amenities include iconic Rituals shampoo and shower gel that was nice. My room had a small balcony, that was also nice. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and the food quality was as expected from 4* hotel. The coffee was great. The wellness and spa area is something that goes above expectations, especially the jacuzzi. All the staff is very kind and they all have my compliments. Hotel has its own parking. The hotel was nicely decorated for holiday, adding a special Christmas feeling. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Rooms are very hot at night. No kettle in the standard double room. The selection of local beers in the restaurant/by the pool should be improved.

We have been told that the breakfast will start at 07:00 but the receptionist did not say that they have a different hour for the week-end .

Breakfast was amazing, food in the restaurant really good, easy access by car. Jacuzzi and Sauna were very pleasant.

The sheets were very rough and not comfortable. Although they were washed, the pillow and the duvet weren’t, so they still smelled. Pool had non shallow end and it smelled extremely like Chlorine.

the fact that it said that had spa but it was not available and i guess the price was i little bit high for not having the spa available

wet carpet in the room. strong smell of chemicals in the room. windows without phonic insulation. we heard all night the drunk noisy people smoking outside. there was a party in the restaurant which was supposed to end bu 22:00. but instead we heard loud music till 2:30 in the night. they served us re-heated grill and salad already containing vinegar and oil probably from the organised party undergoing menu. bad wine from the same party. water glasses were smelling like non-higienic dish washing machine.

The restaurant was closed, the “spa” only means pool and jacuzzi (the sauna was out of order and you cannot get any massage on the premises), the staff was misleading - I asked if the indoor pool area was crowded (just to make conversation, i already knew it was not because i had noticed that from outside the building) and the answer was “yes”… Wait, what? What was the purpose of such answer?
