We did not feel suffocated like hotels sometimes can due to the limited space. Our view of the river was great and made for a calming experience. Noise was not an issue. Only issue I had with our stay was the main entry door, it felt like that it would not be difficult to open using a little bit of force. I still highly recommended this place if your looking for a home away from home feel.

This unit had everything we needed. The only negative we observed is that the unit could have been cleaner particularly with more attention to sweeping, mopping and dusting. We enjoyed our stay and since this is an annual thing for us, I’m sure we’ll be back next summer.

Hit San Marcos for back to school shopping, checked in right on time and the kids had a blast in the Comal River. Walked to Schlitterbahn the next day and picked up DJs homemade pizza on the walk home. Great location and would highly recommended it to others!!!

This was a wonderful property, right in the river and close to everything! Very clean, nicely decorated and the check in process was easy, would definitely recommend!

Plenty of space, loved the set up. The Kitchen was perfect for cooking . The washer & dryer worked well. The view of the river was outstanding. We took our own tubes but rental for tubes was walking distance. Gruene Hall was a 5 minute drive. I'll book again.

Enjoy this property very much. Location is wonderful and condo is spacious and clean. The only issue was that you are only given two vehicle placards unfortunately our group ended up in 3 vehicles and found the property management is very strict and one vehicle was towed. So PLEASE make sure to notify property if more than two vehicles.

Fun filled weekend at the water park & relaxing float on the Comal river. Great location close to everything we needed. Condo was well stocked but location was perfect! Management was very responsive & Hospitality App made everything easy.
