The strategic location of the hotel.

The overnight staff (a lady that's wear tudung- receptionist) was rude. She was late to open the gate (due to hotel's lift under maintenance, hotel guests were to asked to use the staircase instead) & when inquiry for the her lateness, she just left without explaining further or apologise for the matter. The lift should be fixed earlier so that the guest no need to climb the staircases everything they went in & out of the hotel.

the aircond doesn't feel cold

The bed is so comfortable & clean... Love it...

When there's no hairdryer, & tv not clear....no refrigerator😩... At least a small one would be great... Because when u wanna stay for a couple of day u wanna buy a drink or wana have cold water... But I can't coz there's no fridge at all to keep it cold.

The hotel room was comfortable enough for my family. The location to the airport is ideal.

1. The water heater not really not. 2. No Freezer to keep our drinks cold 3. The TV channel blurry.

Clean and well-managed hotel. The facilities are simple yet up-to-date. Restaurants and bars are plenty around the area. However, most of the dining will be closing after 10pm.

The price is on the high side.
