We really looked forward to eating breakfast, as the place was clean and the staff friendly. Food preparation was also done as per your request and staff was always ready to help. My daughter really enjoyed the location and closeness to the beach and easy access.
Try and improve on modernising the lift or elevator as safety of clients is of paramount importance. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was fantastic, location awesome
The rooms seem as if they’re stuck in the 80s. The rooms don’t feel cozy, instead they feel somewhat cold. They don’t tie in with the rest of the hotel which feels homely and cozy.

The location and food.
The bathroom shower was not draining properly throughout the stay. Secondly, the rooms need a fridge as it is very hot and one needs to be able to keep water or cool drink to stay hydrated. It's not feasible to have to order ice which melts quickly just to stay hydrated. The service was not as organised and efficient as one would have liked but the managers were very warm and hospitable and Nompilo, one of the waitresses was incredible and amazing.

Everyday noise as they were renovating the next door room... very very unpleasant and not informed of this at check in... or offered another room... or a complimentary night on next stay... something at least would have made us feel slightly more at ease about that issue...

The hotel is an ancient 1970s building in the brutalist style, in dire need of refurbishment, or better still, knocked down & replaced with a new building.

Location was right next to the beach so very convenient, however not many restaurants / facilities outside the hotel (e.g. breakfast choices were limited to what the restaurant has to offer, which is typical breakfast/ not much variety).
Rooms / buildings are very old , lift is slow and shower doesn't have enough pressure. Room layout is also weird e.g. minibar is downstairs but fridge is upstairs.
