Quiet, clean, comfortable

Breakfast cooked to order, and exceptional.

No coffee maker in the room. You pay for anything extra, including a bottle of water.

I thought I had a transaction issue. The hotel promptly and proffesionally handled the matter and resolved my issue. The Hotel is well insulated from city noise, and is great place for a clean, comfortable and relaxing evening after a long day.

Service is extremely attentive.

Great location, staff was very friendly. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was incredible. I would, and will stay here again in the future.

The pool needs to be cleaned a bit more often but overall was fantastic. The only negative experience we had was with the hotel restaurant. We walked in and asked to see menu's to see if we wanted to eat there or not. They offered us water and we accepted. The prices were outrageous and so we decided to go somewhere else for lunch. The water cost us (approx) $2.50. I don't recall the exact amount. It's cheesy. If you are going to serve someone bottled water that costs money (instead of filtered water that is in many restaurants in Nicaragua) you should let people know there is a charge first. The money isn't a big deal, it's just a bit shady / cheesy really.

The had a brilliant restaurant with a great cook and very comforting service.
