Cute spot in a quiet condo complex. Very clean and exactly as described. Beautiful outdoor pool.

We stayed for a week in August. The location was great. We could walk to the beach and down to the boardwalk and train. Meredith was also an easy drive. The condo is well maintained with everything that we needed. The on-site pool was clean and was a great alternative to the beach.

The unit was clean and just as described/pictured. Communication with the owner was good. The pillows in the master bedroom could use replacing (they were so thin/worn down we couldn't sleep on them), but otherwise the place was lovely.

Very clean, highly convenient location for Weir's Beach and area. The pool and its surrounding enclosure are beautiful. Plenty of room in parking lot. LIked the screened in little porch/balcony off living room.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was neat and clean. The location was great, close to many attractions. We had an issue (electrical) and the owner of the property responded promptly and we we able to resolved it quickly. The only comment we have is there are a number of stairs to go from the parking lot to the condo. It was fine for us, but my father in law is elderly. For future reference you may want to include it in the description.

We traveled to New Hampshire for the race weekend. The condo is in an area that is close to the track, close to to the outlets and just a short walk away from the lake, boardwalk and beach. The condo was very clean. She has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I was very happy.

The condo unit was nicely updated, and had all that we needed. The pool was accessible, and very clean. The location was terrific, and made the lake easily accessible. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Everything was exactly as listed. Great spot very close to Weir’s Boardwalk. Bigger space than I thought from looking at pics. Very happy with it overall

We stayed at this rental for four days. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The living room has a large dining table, a smart TV, and comfortable couches. You cannot use the fireplace. There is a nice screened balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen had all the utensils required for cooking. The dish washing machine didn't work, unfortunately. The showers do not have fans and can get humid. Overall we had a great experience.

We enjoyed ours stay at this property. The condo was clean and the listing was accurate. Located close to several markets and department stores. We had to contact the property manager and they responded within minutes. Great property at an incredibly reasonable per night rate.

Property is advertised with WIFI/internet and television. Upon arrival it was discovered that there was no internet or television. Found out that the condo complex has had problems through out the summer where there is continued interrupted service or none at all. Called the owner with no satisfaction. Also experienced plumbing issues with toilet and shower. Owner expectations was to have me resolve with handyman. Never heard from handyman. We left after one night stay. Too many issues. Did not get what we paid for.

The property is located in a great location and close to many attractions at Weir Beach and Laconia. The pictures are very accurate and the owner is extremely responsive to any questions. All around great value.

It is an ideal location as a center point in the state that offers a bit of a lake view. Trees grow and hide the lake. The condo was well taken care of and clean. The patio pictured is small but it is nice to sit and enjoy the quiet evenings in the area. It is nicely sized for a family of 4. Two bathrooms means not a lot of waiting if others are using them. The largest draw back was the beds. They were very firm and not much cushion. Defiantly worth the stay.

Me and my boyfriend both owned on the property and that’s why we chose it.It’s decorated lovely but definitely need to complete furnishing the unit. There was no place to unpack your clothes except a plastic container in the closet and no headboard for the bed. also the microwave I needs to be replaced.

The place was beautiful and in a great location. We just have terrible friends and ruined the whole time for my boyfriend and I. I hope to go back next year without those people. Thank you!

Nice spacious condo that is centrally located. The unit is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the furniture and tile are fairly new. We felt safe and comfortable staying there. The owner responds quickly to questions. We are quite happy with the stay and would stay there again.

The property was in good condition. It's a condo in a large development. There seemed to be plenty of parking, not reserved, but no shortage. You need to go down about 10 or 12 steps to reach the front of the building. The unit is up a very small flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms inside. Master is a Queen with an en suite. 2nd Bed has a pair of twins with another bathroon. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Good size fridge. There is a dvd player with some kids movies there (mostly younger girl movies i think). I brought my apple TV and hooked it up to the wifi (wifi is for the whole complex rather than unit specific). Overall- the description of the property is accurate. Host was helpful and responsive. Recommended. The drive to Gunstock was maybe 15 minutes, and stores in Laconia about 10 minutes.

Over all the property was "so so". The couch was not comfortable at all. There were no directions for using the TV. Which I thought would have cable to watch local TV, at least for weather to plan outings.

Only a half mile from Weirs Beach. This condo is in a large complex of numerous buldings and condos. Neighborhood is fairly quiet considering the size. Parking is difficult at times as there are NOT 2 spots per condo, as advertised. If you come home late on a weekend, expect to park a block or two away and probably on grass. The condo itself - very good. The t.v. could be larger, but got the job done. The owner was quick to answer email inquiries. I would definitely stay again!

Place was all that was listed. The only disadvantage was the many steps from parking to tje condo. My sister had open heart surgery in May so it was a little bit of a chore. Mya's pkace was nice and fully outfitted. Thank you

The condo inside is well maintained and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with necessities . The pool is nice. Short walk to Weirs Beach pier. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area in the future
