Location was absolutely stunning with it's own private beach. Staff were very friendly.
When we arrived it was difficult to find the reception from the road entrance. We were shown our room which was extremely basic. The advert on Booking.com said fan or air conditioning but when we asked for air conditioning we were told we would have to pay 1200THB extra which would almost double what we had paid for our stay. The bungalow was secured by just a padlock and no safety boxes available so I did not feel comfortable leaving my valuables or sleeping there on a night. There were also insects in the room. We ended up checking out after 3hours & moving to another hotel.

The location was on the beach front and they had a nice pool. It was walking distance to the full moon party, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly.
We booked a room of 5 for 3 nights. It was very expensive (£23 per person per night) but we were happy to pay due to its location and it falling on the full moon party. However, the air con didn’t work for the first two nights, they kept trying to fix it but it kept breaking. It was so hot in the rooms so we didn’t get a good night sleep. When asked if they could move us rooms they said they were fully booked then when we checked online we noticed they were not. They did however move us for the last night into nice rooms fully functioning.

Nice bungalows on sea front with nice pool and location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was a good size with Aircon.
Whilst we were there we unfortunately had an ant problem, the staff thankfully did sort it out after we told them.

Great, quiet location with a pool by the beach. There was a bar with restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay there.

Great staff, nothing was too much for them and perfect place for the full moon party - 10 minute walk to haad rin and the party beach

The location of being on the beach and watching the sunset every evening. Very good value for money. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings.
The rooms are very dated but it didn’t bother us as it was very cheap and spent most of our time by the pool.
