We ate in the restaurant by the pool. My husband and adult grandson had chicken. Both developed severe diarrhea. My grandson required medical attention.

The location is good but breakfast if you go at 9:30 you only get scramble egg

Very nice staff, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was working well. The restaurant staff was lovely too. The pool itself is large and nice.

The area around the swimming pool is a little run down and the hotel is by the main road, so not exactly a charming setting but it’s convenient for onward travel and they organise shuttles.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Roman’s are decorated beautifully.

A few things need to be updated and fixed.

Great location (only a 5 minute drive from the ferry station). The breakfast includes a lot of great, tasty options. The room AC was great. The pool was great and not too deep so great for kids! The staff went above and beyond to help us too.

Not enough toilet paper in the room. Lots of stairs.

If you are looking for a tasty honduran breakfast please come here. The breakfast always seems to floor me. My partner and I have come to this hotel, now, would be the third time and we are in love with it! We never miss our breakfast at Hamacas, it is just too good to miss!

the bed blankets where full of hairs but the staff give us another room, no to bad!!

The shuttle service to the ferry station is ideal! We loved that we could leave our car at the hotel while we were at the islands for a few days and got a shuttle to the ferry for free.

Make sure you double confirm your shuttle back from the station, I was told that it was all settled before I left, but then didn't get the shuttle back because i didn't call to confirm so I had to stress and get a taxi, which was quite expensive

We are elderly but was put in 3rd floor. Christmas decor on stair railing created a safety problem.

The staff is kind, the transported us to the ferry station without extra fee, the room is comfortable.

The breakfast was the same food everyday, the beds where hard the a/c didn't work the first night, and they only placed 2 towels for 3 people.

It is exactly what we needed, we wanted a place to stay a night and leave our car while in Utila. They let us leave our car for free and drove us to and from the ferry station
