location as it was right at the beach. the greatest staff at the restaurant in this trip hands down, Alejandro was incredible he was our server two of the three days were there and he was amazing! kind attentive and paid attention in detail to our needs super incredible my 4 year old daughter loves him!

no convenient Store on site, and no much activities for tourist going on on site either.

this was a horrendous stay. the food was disgusting, the elevator didn’t work, there were roaches in the room, there was construction across the room therefore I couldn’t sleep

The breakfast was very good, it was the only good thing.

We have to chance twice the room, First of all, my children's bathroom was locked and they couldn't open it, The staff changed our room and the air conditioning didn't work, the telephone didn't work and the room was dirty, they changed our room again and the curtains were torn and we didn't have towels.

Very clean and nice location. Enjoyed the stay. Very beautiful view from the balcony.

Breakfast are full with flies, room and bathroom very old. Not worth the price.

The breakfast was excellent, I only had a bowl of fruits and a cup of coffee, since I was taking the ferry to Roatan; nevertheless the food and the service was great.

There's are things in the facility that haven't been well maintained. This used to be a very high end location in La Ceiba. The Maintenance shouldn't be neglected.

The loud techno music that could be heard everywhere! I love to read by the pool, and the music was annoying!

Food from the hotel restaurant was nice. There are a few restaurants close to the hotel. The view of the ocean from the hotel was also very pleasent.

Very poor wifi signal from inside the rooms, practically non existent. Very loud music from the pool area at random times, even with the windows closed.

The beach needs more attention

The building itself is beautiful.

Upon arrival the room wasn't ready. Stated they needed to clean it. Made me sign a document stating they weren't responsible for stolen goods and then left my luggage in the middle of the lobby. Told me to wait no instructions as to where I could wait nothing. After 30 minutes of waiting after going through a 45 minute wait as they were poorly prepared for check in. I received a key to go to the room. It was a self discovery process to the find the room no assistance to find the room was provided. When I got to the room the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. The phone in the room didn't work, so I cleaned the bathroom myself. I recommend bringing water as this is very difficult to find. I was very fortunate that the security guard was extremely nice and shared his water with me. They say there's front desk staff but they really don't want to help and they are rarely present. When I finally found a front desk staff I asked for water they told me to go to the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant I have no idea how to get served this place is very odd. In the end couldn't get food nor water at hotel. I highly recommend using Hugo it seems to be the only way to access food or water at the hotel. When you go to the beach in front wear shoes not sandals there is broken alcohol bottles everywhere. Will definitely cut your feet if wearing sandals. I think this isn't a high end hotel as advertised. I was treated far nicer at the Quinta in La Ceiba compared to the Quinta Real. I would say it's maybe a 2 star hotel. If it wasn't for the security guard being such an exceptionally nice individual my stay would have been hell - couldn't sleep because my head was throbbing from dehydration. The place isn't vegetarian friendly.....as a matter of fact outside of the security guards the place is not friendly.
