location is 10 min walking from the mall and shops around , clean and nice view , staff are nice and helpful, coffee and water are available 24/7

a bit noisy in the morning, some maintenance machinery works from 9 am TV device and channel need to be renovated

The staffs are very nice and friendly! Especially Fahri arranged everything for me! He took me to buy the SIM card, show me around the city and arrange the taxi to the airport for me in the early morning! It was really helpful and made my trip in Bodrum more enjoyable!

the all inclusive was awful, warm drinks and no proper spirit measures, you were given a quarter of a tiny miniature bottle

We stayed for 1 week plenty excuses about getting ready for the season pool was empty (neither indoor) no gym no iron no cattle no bar . Specially girl behind the reception with dark hair she was rude and had attatude problem . Little advise from us if you are not ready for the tourist season don't accept the people in because people are in hope to have good holiday with dream .remember you are in catering business .ps(turning the dirty bed sheet upside down doesn't make it clean )

Everything was nice. Staff very polite and helpfull, location very good, one minute to bus or taxi to Bodrum.

It doesnt affect my overall opinion but the lights in the bathroom are not very bright and it was difficult to do makeup there. However there is a big mirror in the room so you can do the makeup in the room.

i think it deserves a score of 10. The place is very clean, looks exactly as the photos, centrally located in Gumbet, right next to the bus stop, a 5 mins ride to Bodrum city center. The staff is nice and helpful, the breakfast is fresh and delicious and u can find various affordable eateries around. what i liked about the location is that its authentic, with a lot of locals living .

Value for the money is very good, staff are ok. Mr. Fakhri at the reception is a very nice and helpful person. Transportstion is very close. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

Strange enough that I had to pay extra money as rent for the deposit box in my room!!!!! It doesn’t reflect a 4 or even 3 star hotel.

The most important thing during your stay in a hotel is feeling of safety which can affect all the other facilities. I put some money in my backpack on a table and left the room when I came back at night all my stuff were put in order and there was no money. I told the manager but nothing happened they just said we trust the staff. This is not a safe place at all.

Great location, close to nice bars and clubs, also 6 min walking distance to the beach. 20 min to the city center or 10 min by taxi. Cool area full of people and parties.

Food was very simple in the hotel, doesn't look like 4 * hotel, most of the waiters don't speak English. Cleaning rooms at 8 am every day, many broken things in the room, difficult to open a balcony door. Wouldn't recommend for single ladies, as some of the reception staff can harassed you.
