The staff
Not very much to do in the hotel other than a gym

Clean and well maintained hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is great in Kololo it is central and easy to get around. Overall a great option for business or leisure.

Polite and welcoming staff. Classy. Comfortable Bed. Quiet enronment and excellent location around town. Cleanliness and orderliness is their priority and very excellent shower pressure. Security, though a bit too much. Overall nice hotel.
Can't smoke sometimes on my balcony. A hotel for non-smokers only!

Staff was very friendly and did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room was clean.
The driver of the airport shuttle was missing and I had to wait for some 40 minutes at airport arrivals. I then abandoned this and had to take an airport taxi.

MY FLIGHT WAS 21:30, I'VE ASKED AT LEAST TO CHECK OUT AT 2pm BUT THE LADY REFUSED, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Exceptionally service-minded and kind staff. Professionalism and hospitality at its finest. Room was spacious, clean, shower was good. Lovely garden-area and excellent breakfast with all you could want. The stone bakes pizza was simply amazing.
The room felt a bit antiqued, there was only one electric socket in my room so I had to put the water boler on the floor, and the shower curtain needs an upgrade as it stuck to me in the shower..

The room,old carpets,room was stuffy,they changed but the difference was minimal

The quality of the food has improved. Alan and Rogers were brilliant!
the night club opposite the property must go or find a way to sound proof the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located, but it is not a business hotel. Breakfast ok, but very loud music even for breakfast. 2 tamre guinea foul in the restaurant.
Right across from the rooms are 4 conference rooms. During the night of my stay, there was a party with very loud, live music in one conference room till midnight and then an equally loud church meeting the next morning. Even louder music in the adjacent cafe/restaurant - not a place for working people looking to get some quiet time and sleep!

As all mer expectations, i couldnt fault anything.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of food and drinks. The staff were very helpful.
The only thing I can think of is that one day the lift wasn't working.
