We had an amazing trip, and this house was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. The house was clean and had a great layout for our group. The rooms and bathrooms were a great size, and the main living area and kitchen were extremely large and had everything we needed. The house stayed very cool during the day which was much needed during the summer heat. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The beach was beautiful, and we also had the most wonderful view from the deck. It was so nice to be right on the water. We saw dolphins from the deck multiple times a day, fished right off the beach, went crab hunting at night, and enjoyed the area under the house when we needed a break from the sun. Metri was wonderful to work with - extremely communicative and helpful with various recommendations around the area. He truly made us feel welcome! We can’t wait to return!

No need to shop…this place is the best. Closest to the beach, zero traffic and noise, and a deck that juts out in front of all others, so you get that killer Gulf breeze for a cool night. Wonderfully remodeled with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters, and a host, who checks in and makes sure everything is up to par. Excellent place, I will 100% be returning again!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Kitchen was well stocked, neat and clean, as was the home. It was perfect for our family as it is steps from the water. Check in and communication with the host, Metri, was easy.

We had a great time in spite of the weather being cold! The house has a nice open floor plan so our kids had plenty of room to play. Kitchen was stocked to cook which we did several times. The pie at check in was such a nice touch! It was nice to not have to fight the condo crowd for a spot on the beach!

My sister and I brought our families (3 young adult children and our husbands) here for Spring Break, and we fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. It’s super cute and extremely clean. The decor is great, and the house is equipped with everything you’ll need. The beds were comfortable, which was especially important because a few of us have lower back issues. The location is perfect because it’s away from all of the crowds but still convenient to shopping and restaurants. The house is right on the beach, so it was so nice not to have to lug a bunch of stuff on the beach. The views from the oceanfront patio were amazing! We saw dolphins nearly every morning and lots of crabs at night. If you like to search for seashells, you can find plenty. Metri, the host, is fantastic! He’s very friendly and highly responsive. He welcomed us on our day of arrival and even brought us a delicious key lime pie from Sarah’s Homemade (which we also recommend). He showed me how to work everything and provided some recommendations on things to do. It was a pleasure to meet him and visit with him. I am already planning to return next year!

Everything about the house and location was wonderful. Metri was so easy to work with and very accommodating. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach.

This was a great house! We arrived and the house was very clean and there was a key lime pie in the fridge. Metri was very response and we only had one small issue with the house during our stay and he had someone out to fix that day! We had a family with kids, parents, and grandparents and we all enjoyed our stay. The house is located very close to the beach so it made for easy trips back and forth with the kids. We also loved how private the beach was during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and will likely come back for another stay in the future!!

This house was great! There was lots of room for everyone (8) of us age 13-80. All the outdoor seating on the three decks was fantastic and the area under the house with the swing was nice after a long day on the beach. The views were awesome from the dinning table my mom could sit there, in the air conditioning, and watch the dolphins swimming by and all the schools of fish. Metri was wonderful, checked in on us and brought us a wonderful Key lime pie. With the terrible COVID-19 virus all over it was nice to get away and have a little fun and relaxation. Can not wait for another opportunity to rent this great place again in the future. It was away from all the crowds and nice and peaceful.

Right on the beach, behind the sand dune of course. One level living was great. View from the large table was great. Property manager was great from booking to meeting us there the first day. Beach equipment is not provided, but many guests leave behind items like sand toys, chairs and umbrellas. We brought our own chairs and sun shades that we set up each day. Area is nice and secluded, only sharing a beach with the guests staying at the houses on either side, which was well over 20 feet of separation on the beach. Nice upper deck table and chairs. We'd rent again. Don't hesitate to book!

The location and views are spectacular! The house is a little dated, has a great floor plan and views that can’t be beat. The property manager was responsive to all questions. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is within steps from the beach, which made for a very easy access To the bathroom For little kids and older adults. We have three families and each felt that they had enough space, particularly with the children having their own room. One disappointment was that although the AC was adequate for 95% of the house, the bedroom facing the ocean was a bit warmer than everything else. Also, the Internet was fairly slow. Beyond that, Metri was wonderful and had left us the most incredible key lime pie I have ever tasted. Also, my mother left the house and was halfway to Ohio before realizing that she had taken one of the house keys. Metri was Gracious and accommodating and completely understood. We will definitely rent from them in the future for our family vacations!

We like the openness of the living-dining-kitchen and the huge table which will seat 8 or more which is in front of the large picture windows. The beach is far enough out of town that it is relatively private, even during holidays. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths accommodated our family of 8 beautifully. 5 TV's, Wi-Fi for everyone and games and puzzles were provided. Demitri is an attentive host and will help with recommendations if asked. We enjoy staying here.
