We stayed only one night after a day tour of Bishkek. The family was tired so we went straight to bed and then went to the airport after 5 hours. Due to lack of time, we didn't use the hotel facility but the room was excellent and comfortable.

I would rate the hotel 3 stars by western standards. The lobby is a bit nicer than the rooms. The staff were all excellent and hospitable. The breakfast was very good overall.

I was charged more for the room upon arrival than stated on Booking.com. I was also charged more for the airport transfer than quotes by the hotel. Both amounts were relatively small, but more than just a difference in exchange rates.

In comparison to Garden SPA hotel (the other one in the chain), this one is older and in general in worse condition. In the first room I was offered, there was an intense smell of cigarettes. I requested another room, and the room had windows facing some sort of a machine / very loud engine, which was really disturbing. The hotel is full of single-use plastic items (rooms, breakfast), and it seems that no efforts are made to make it at least a bit more environmentally-friendly.

Everything was excellent!

I must say that so far one of my best stays. The room and the facilities were quite satisfying. What I liked the most is the bathroom is floor-heating, if you stay there in a winter time like me you would appreciate it a lot. Housekeeping is precise. The breakfast has lots of options. I must mention receptionists Eradil and Adelya, they were really helpful and hospitable for my demands, they are in a good command of Turkish/English/Russian languages and they do a good job. There is a 24 hour supermarket just in front of the hotel. By the way if you stay more than 3 days in the hotel, you get a free ride(to airport for example).
